Please check that you have enough gas or ethereum valued at over atleast $2 above the amount you are trying to send, if you have that amount then check your gas and gwei settings in mew and adjust after checking from eth gas station which is live gas cost stats provider and transaction will go through.

Sometimes it happens when the network is very saturated.

It is best to wait a few hours or a day.

I think you don't have enough gas to complete the transaction. Please try again after depositing some more $ ETH.

I've been using MEW for a while now since I started trading in uniswap, I'm paying for like $2 or less in a normal transaction $100 to $200, I guess it's quite good for the fee though, but there are times that transaction is ridiculously high af, perhaps your problem has something to do with your gas, tryna max out the funds, there should be a button "max" beside the amount input, by that it'll automatically set to the max amount you can send.

I usually use the mentioned URL or https://ethgasstation.info to check current gas fees and then use standard fees to send. Imtoken has a way to set gwei and gas limit depending on user preference and current gas fee. I think it doesn't matter whether sending from MEW, TRUST wallet, imtoken or metamask, most important thing is using required gas fees for the transaction and there won't be delay issues. Actually I only set gwei and gas limit when the transaction is very important or urgent.

you need to Increase your gas limit not your gas price (how much/unit of gas.) which mean  how much that total gas a transaction can use in it.
check if the transactions are in your account, do not be afraid, do not lose anything, adjust the limits, and you will be able to send easily, which is the reason for not making medium and cheap options.

^ That is very easy, higher your gas and you will be able to transfer your $50 into the other wallet, but if this is not having an extra amount to cover the fee, it will automatically deduct to your final balance. Just check always the network condition of ethereum on this link, https://etherscan.io/chart/transactionfee. If this has heavy traffic, that is expected that you will pay a high amount of more than $1. Nevertheless, all you wanted to know was given above, probably you can now lock this topic.

The current fees is around 55 gwei which is very small. You can see the latest tx on etherscan was using only 31 - 33 gwei but if you wanna make your tx to be delivered asap and you can put more gwei. Remember you should increase your gas limit. When you are not putting enough gas limit and it can't be executer caused by out of gas.

It looks like the problem is you are putting the gwei more than the gas limit. Increase your gas limit.

The error message already explains it, [Out of gas] so you must increase your gas fee. Before making a transaction you must check the gas https://etherscan.io/gastracker, to prevent failure better use Average as gas fee and don't try to using gas below from the recommendation because so potential to fail.

Sorry, but it wasn't clear to me.

But this might be the situation that happens to you.
For instance that you just have a $51 total amount in your wallet and you are sending $50 worth of ETH to the other wallet, definitely you get short as you are paying more than $1 for the gas fee.

What I could suggest is to lower the amount that you have to send, $48 with the same gas fees might possibly be okay. If the error still pops up, you may have to use another browser.  I hope this could help.

It is requiring you more ETH. The solution for that problem is to add more Ethereum that will serve your fee. Not a surprising problem when ETH transactions are requiring a higher fee.
There's no other remedy for it but to deposit and add ETH.

The error message happens because you are trying to send the ETH or tokens to the contract address. AFAIK, contract addresses require a higher fee compared to normal ETH transactions but you can check the fees on gas explorer websites.

Really?? how do you know that he sent it to the contract address?? He even doesn't post any address. See the error message "Warning! Error encountered during contract execution [Out of gas]", the message is clear is all about GAS

I remember once encountered a situation like this, maybe this can help. Go to Advanced Data and Gas Limit

The problem was already mentioned, out of gas.

Since you are looking at dollar figures, there might be something wrong with your calculation. How much ETH balance do you have so we can sort things out?

As always, you need to have an extra amount and not an exact one to make sure the process will go through.

First, ensure that the fee is excluded from that 50$.
Second, you can always check the gas fee because sometimes it will be changing over time because of the traffic or network at that time.

Then, pay attention also the amount of the least eth in your wallet. You cannot withdraw the funds if the amount of least eth in your wallet is not enough. If your gas fee is about $1.10, it doesn't mean that you only need $1.10. You must have the least amount to be in your wallet.

There is only one reason that makes you see this error.
Out of Gas = lack of ETH inside your wallet. Double-check your wallet and must be more than the amount you want to send plus the gas fee.

Solution:
Deposit more ETH and send it back again. If the error still occurs, tried to pause for a while or restart your browser.
