So what? Slow dying? 400MH hashrate. People? where r u?

I'm showing 435 & I'm kinda enjoying mining peacefully without the drama & crumb-scrabbling that has come to be almost compulsory for new coins.

The greedy asic-farms can't play, the rest probably haven't even bothered to find out what X-11 is, and it means, for them.

I'll have a nice bag by the time they do, and I won't be putting a penny of it on the exchanges for quite a while - possibly months.

Long may it last, my friend Cheesy

I like your style.
We're actually still in the process of setting up relationships among various charities in order to further secure our reputation, until then, we expect things to be a little more quiet than some of the other crypto's we've seen. And honestly, as a developer, I'll take a slow tread backed by a set of loyal supporters. It gives me more time to poke and prod at our back-end and resources.

Thanks, Dan - I've no problem with a bit of back-end poking *snigger*

Of course I'm a Zeiter first & foremost, and that should tell you all you need to know about why I'm happy to back this coin too - Giving to the future of the planet is pure Zeit, giving to the now of those in most need is Give.

I've been on the charity front line ITRW too, before I went to the Netherlands in early 2002.

For 6 years I was a computer literacy trainer for people with visual & learning challenges, a mini-bus driver for the community transport scheme & an assistant manager/electrical safety dude for a charity shop supporting our local cerebral palsy association.

So yeah, lets have a slow burn, let the children run wild over other coins, the generous of spirit will find their way here eventually. I'm hoping to almost double my hashpower soon, a HERO of my world is sending me a 7970 from Canada at no cost to me (he's just got himself 50 Gridseeds FFS) so I'll be mining around 90,000 Give/week after that, while it's this peaceful anyway. I've been mining since about 8 hours after launch, a few hours short of a week now, and have garnered just shy of 47,000 Give - not one coin of which has ever gone anywhere except straight into my wallet, 1,000 at a time.

Grin Just passed 80,000 in my wallet Grin

It'll be a decent bag once the price gets to where it should be - around 600 I reckon.

... and still the nicest, most stress-free, least-hassle mining experience I've had so far -

So much so it's tempting to keep very quiet about it Wink

The price already speak for itself. Buyer are overwhelm with miner wanting to dump their coin. PoS solve this problem.

Hi Mr Dev Cheesy

I'm all in favour of going hybrid, being a bagholder in PoS anyway with Zeit - it's SO nice to see thousands rolling into your wallet without any extra cost in elec-trickery Wink

The % is a key point, as is the 'maturity time' - they need careful consideration, and for sure you'll need to make sure you upgrade the wallets to have 'coin control', preferably before the change.

Just one Q, which I think I know the answer to, but it might save a lot of FUD later if it's made clear now -

Will the PoW coins I already have in my wallet qualify for PoS?

(115,000 & counting!)

Thank you Cheesy

All I have is a single HD7990 (it was my gaming rig in my 'Skyrim' days), but I've been mining steadily since launch +8hrs & it's all gone straight to my wallet.

I REALLY like X-11, it's the saviour of the 'little guy' like me Grin

YES!

I've hit a "Henry" of a million coins* before bedtime Grin

Yeah, I'm unashamedly "4:20 'til I die" Wink

Hang me for it, ya f**ks!

... and yeah, it's not 'all about me'....

How about integrating this concept into the coin when it goes hybrid -

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tithe

I'll joyously tithe to the "needs of those who have been F**ked by 'the system' " - I've BEEN one of them, several times.

How about YOU?

* 'Henry' - from Henry the Eighth, a reference to 1/8th of an ounce of an herb which gives solace to millions Wink

I've submitted, just to keep you happy.

... but imo faucets are a complete waste of everyone's time & effort, I already have 136,000 Give & am mining at around 1,000 /hr so what use is another 10 every 6 hours to me?

That's 0.0277777777777778 per minute compared with 16.66666666666667 per minute mining!

...or 0.17% if you prefer Wink

Still people mining, no-one complaining or fud-ing, too may dicks selling too low (as usual), but apart from far too little input/inspiration from the dev team I'd say it was quite healthy. By morning I'll have over 200,000 in my wallet. And not one cent on any exchange. I expect most intelligent miners are doing the same.

That's healthy to a certain degree. If all communication ceases for too long however there won't be any cent on any exchange ever. This coin needs a lot of attention to get any where. An active community outside of miners busy mining will help greatly.
