LuckyBit took away my 0.05 BTC after wagering 70% req & banned me after

I think some of you may be confused about what is happening here. We didn't change a promotion in the middle or anything. We just reduced the amount of free money users could earn from achievements.

It's deceitful to offer that and then remove it at a later date, I've never heard of a casino reducing the achievement payout/player rakeback of any sort ever. I've been playing on Luckybit for awhile now, I won't make any more deposits. Terms & conditions has nothing to do with trust, which is more of a perception, and I cannot trust a casino that makes "fair" decisions only off their T&C and not common sense, even if other casinos do the same.

can you two write here how much money you deposited on your LuckyBit accounts? Some screnšot as evidence would be useful.

I think any forum members who identify himself/herself as responsible member of this wonderful community should help each other to teach a lesson to borderline scamsters like Luckybit.

It's ok to give your  opinion and your free to do so, what is not ok is to give accusations to well known casino websites especially if you haven't played there. you are attacking the reputation of a casino ,You are attacking a casino for no reason and only base of other members experience not yours . What if this thread  is just a false accusations?

They claim that they can change whatever they want at any time.  This includes depositing and cashout requirements. 

i was really concerned about this statement of theirs. is this really true well for me i don't find it really appealing i know that they do have the rights to change the requirement, etc. but i don't think they will change it anytime they just wanted to i think changing it from time to time is not really a good idea.

So after all, this is what you are accused of and the OP and others here in BTT.  If it is true that the reduction without personal warning is 90%, then this is at least incorrect in relation to the user.  I, too, would be wary of partners who might do this. 
This is the meaning of the accusations, as I understand it.  And of course this is not any free money, but these are legally earned bonuses.

I also think you just shouldn't change the rules and amounts. Whether it may or not, I think it is not correct with an ongoing promotion.

When a promotion has ended, you have every right to change it.

Solve it differently with this customer and then change the conditions and also clear so that no problems can arise about this.

Did you check the site Terms and Conditions to know whether it's stated that the "free money" can be changed whenever they want (without warning/notification)? I think that will determine if what they did was legal, but I don't think it's moral, assuming their intention is to do that and justify it with their Terms of service when customers complain.

It is just unethical for a site to changed up their terms when somebody had able to achieve or reached that certain threshold or completely able to comply with the terms for him to be
eligible for the said bonus.

Thing here is that there should be some proofs like screenshots about those conversations between OP and Luckybit itself.

There has been strange appearances of people betting with or depositing huge amount of money on betting sites. It kind of surprising that people will risk that much on sites they probably don't know very well or trust. I wondered how people who earned that much money would take such hugh risk.
But we just answer their questions anyways. Hopefully they are genuine cases and not troll or tests

But we just answer their questions anyways. Hopefully they are genuine cases and not troll or tests

If they deposit such huge amount on some betting sites for sure they know what kind of risk they might encountering upon depositing in the site and also it's not a surprise to see some people who can risk a big amount since there are huge whales who keep gambling on several sites here. However, OP wrote that he considered unfair what the authors of this casino did to him and they themselves admitted that they were changing the conditions without warning, that is, unilaterally, which did not provide for friendly partnership between the parties.  This is what casinos are accused of.  And this, of course, spoils the image of the entire project as a whole and thus reduces the interest of both users and the income of the casino itself.
 It's bad that there are such reviews here at BTT.

We would like to make sure everyone knows what this conversation is about. There appears to be a lot of confusion from users posting in this thread whom might not have ever logged into the site.

When you make an account on Luckyb.it you can go to your profile page and see the full list of achievements. There are prizes given for chatting, betting volume, number of bets, age of account, email confirmation, and adding 2fa.

These are what was changed. We agree, we should probably give a notice before making these changes in the future, but we did nothing wrong by lowering these achievements.

If players make an account today and btc is 20000$, they may never play 1 bet nor make any deposits. Then let's say btc rises up to 1 million dollars in 6 months. Now all the sudden a user may become interested in trying to clear some achievements. The achievement was worth $40 when btc was $20,000, but now would be worth $2000.



It would be crazy to say we do not have the right to change the achievement payouts. Leaving them would just cause a guaranteed bankruptcy. There are also other factors that came into play that made the decision come to light. When abusers are making 100s of accounts per week, we wanted to take away their reason to keep trying to abuse.


We have not and will not change the Events we run in the middle. We just changed achievements. In the future, announcements will be made ahead of time.

It was just a right thing to be done as an owner where making up some changes on the achievement and its prizes because that will surely be a reason for you to get bankrupt if you didnt do such thing.
For those who dont able to realize on how business works then they do most likely be tactful and saying about unethical on sudden changes but those should really be anticipated.

Imho the best thing to do is that you use $ instead of btc for this kind of promotion so you anything happen to the bitcoin price, it wont force you to make a sudden change on the value of your promotion. If previously you offered 0.05btc for players who wager 10btc, then you can change it to $50 for  players who wager $10,000 (just example). It will give you fixed amount and wont be affected by the volatility of bitcoin. Just my two cents.

I think it's good that the Op has responded, now there is communication between the player in question.
For me it is difficult to give a clear judgment about the situation, but normally the op and the player should be able to resolve it mutually.

Nothing wrong if we're going to use your Terms and Condition as the reference but you still have to consider that the player was also mislead by your previous promotion. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt that he really made a deposit in October.

Did you arrive at a conclusion that the player accusing you is also an abuser? Is he the only player affected by the sudden change in reward?

We have not and will not change the Events we run in the middle. We just changed achievements.

Don't make it appear small with the "just". That change was still significant to affect someone's decision to play in your casino.

In the future, announcements will be made ahead of time.
