There has been strange appearances of people betting with or depositing huge amount of money on betting sites. It kind of surprising that people will risk that much on sites they probably don't know very well or trust. I wondered how people who earned that much money would take such hugh risk.
But we just answer their questions anyways. Hopefully they are genuine cases and not troll or tests

If they deposit such huge amount on some betting sites for sure they know what kind of risk they might encountering upon depositing in the site and also it's not a surprise to see some people who can risk a big amount since there are huge whales who keep gambling on several sites here. Also I'm kinda skeptical with user posting like this who doesn't provide any proof just to support their claims

Ofcourse. It depends on how well the bettor knows the site though. I assume that wise whales would bet huge amount on site they trust and are familiar with. The Trust minimizes the risk for them. If the site Op is accusing is trusted, then Op need to be really sure of what he is accusing it/them of

This people have deeper understanding than ordinary gamblers.

They won't entrust their money  to sites that they are not familiar or not comfortable, knowing the amount of money that they
can possibly risk, else, they are after with some promotions and they are trying to check if the site is new. They are sparing money
to try the service.

Since it is indicated on the terms that they can make changes on it at any time without prior notification to the players IMO they are on the right side.

However, as a gambling site or a business who needs customers to be profitable they might just somehow do efforts in notifying their players of any changes, in that case, they could avoid scenarios like this which could even lessen them not only a single player but could possibly multiply it if most would stand on the side of the complainant.

I also think you just shouldn't change the rules and amounts. Whether it may or not, I think it is not correct with an ongoing promotion.

When a promotion has ended, you have every right to change it.

Solve it differently with this customer and then change the conditions and also clear so that no problems can arise about this.

 It seems that we have already discussed that devs acted incorrectly with their "free money".  And the user was naturally offended.  Of course, to end the topic, devs would have to admit that they were wrong and apologize to the players.  And do not repeat this mistake further.  
That's all that should have been done, and not continue the correspondence in this topic.
