XRP is making gains in recent weeks because of the news of the fork so obviously there are investors and traders who wanted to get this free coins, so the more XRP you have in exchange or in your wallet, the more free coins you can have.

I wouldn't say this looks sustainable neither. With the drop I say afterwards people could sell their coins to lower levels. Many people are buying XRP because they want to get Spark with it but they are overpaying it, doesn't look like Spark will worth the difference in coin when XRP goes down and you fail to sell at the right time.

Assume a scenario like this, you buy at around 0.7 right? And get 1 spark in return, if stark is around 0.2 that means you have to sell your XRP over 0.5 right? In order to make a profit that is the calculation. What if you buy at 0.7 and can't sell over 0.5? You will lose money even with the drop. So, there will be some people who will lose money even with the free coin they get, and plenty will sell even if they profit.

I can see that scenario coming also, and I cant afford to gamble and lose my money. I already got good profit from the hype. Already trippled my funds in just 25 days. But still not want to risk in this coming fork. Knowing how sudden the price is doing, I will surely not reached the point where I could have the spark coin. Afterall I could still buy it in the market if its really doing well.

There was huge flactuations of XRP price yesterday which is unbelievable. We have been observing XRP as stable form from $0.20-$0.30 last two years. I have hold few XRP from one years ago. I hope it will go on $1.00 soon. Yesterday it was near to $0.90.

Always keep in mind that Ripple is one of the most manipulated coins currently available at the cryptocurrency market. Only a small fraction of the XRP total supply is available as free-float. The remainder is being kept in cold storage. When these coins come online, the exchange rates can crash by 90% or even more, in a matter of few days. I would stay away from this coin like plague.

Well, although this is the crypto space, risks abounds and one needs to understand them, but this crash of the exchange is totally off and wasn't anticipated. 13 December after snapshot taken will be a major day for XRP and definitely gonna decide whether XRP gonna be dumped hard or just stays at the current price. People should be aware that they have two choice : 1. To dump their coin when the price is at peak anticipating the aidrop or 2. Have some huge risk of being dumped after airdrop distribution.

I would say it is a "good" coin only because you can probably believe that the issuers will never let it fall to zero for as long as they have an interest in it. XRP got a chance to go back to its prime which is 4$ in 2017. It has a hard establish background and has been on the long run with ETH and BTC, so it wont be surprising if its pumping now it almost reach a dollar this year to pumping it next month or next year is not impossible to happen.

It's good for you Mate! you are lucky that you bought it for $0.22 cents per XRP. It was already tripled in terms of value and the profit is already good too. But today the XRP price was dipped and moving around $0.56- $0.59 cents per XRP. if the true reason was the "Coinbase goes down? I was confused what was the connection? I have also some XRP in my portfolio and I won't sell it until it did not reach $1 per XRP price level. I'm using XRP in most of my transaction that's why it's a big deal to me, I'm only hoping that the Market will not lose its steam to drive the cryptocurrency prices further.

Not just XRP got crashed due to a drop in bitcoin, but the other coins have the same thing. The crypto market now is getting correction, and maybe it will stay like that until the weekend. But we have more chances to see the crypto market will rise again in the next week, so we can use this moment to buy any coins that we want. You need to search for the other coins besides XRP because we never know which coin can increase later in the next bull run.

On binance exchange XRP price only reach $0.79 hasn't reached $0.8 as far as I know. If that happen, this is the big gap from two exchange, can you convince that? It is impossible a coin which has a big different price in two exchnges. It is not XRP only but most of altcoin even bitcoin have met a correction, yeah I just hope that this decreasing price is a correction only. Because we can see this thing a week ago, on the same day almost crypto currency price were decreasing but there weren't take a long time to recover.
