AFAIK wagering your deposits at least once is forced from all bookmakers before you can withdraw

No, if theres no bonus to the deposit I dont think thats usually the case or not when I've asked but its best not to presume either way.   I would build involvement with anywhere slowly over time because its a bit of a jump to place anything you will miss.     I've heard of sites disliking deposits which are taken out without use but if you were placing at least some bets I dont see its so bad.  Its not so easy as an end user to know where the line is hence I would find a favorite over time and stick with them if you can, for your main book of bets.   I know theres often good odds in various places but side bets arent such a worry.

UPDATE: My issue has been resolved.

Happy for you. Hope you are careful next time especially with the amount of money you deposit. I wouldn't deposit lots of funds on any platform without making sure I properly understand their ToS and that I meet the requirements.  Also, better to only deposit what you can afford to risk.

It's good that your issue has been resolved, can you share here also if possible if how it was resolved? Did they accept your KYC and let you cashout all of your balance in their website?

I've been a cloudbet user so I am a little bit curious about this issue as I don't want to experience this also if in case I have some big bets  to wager in this platform.

I hope for you that you do not have too much money in your account. If a KYC procedure takes more than 10 days, then something is wrong. that checking an id must be done quickly, right?
I always wonder what to check there. It does not seem to me that they have a special database with data from people worldwide.

I don't think there is any more to share. all the OP did was send KYC when he was first asked by the cloudbet support then post the issue here in the forum that the money has been for 10 days.

Did they accept your KYC and let you cashout all of your balance in their website?
most likely as to why the issue was resolved.

you can check their ToS apparently OP didn't know that depositing a huge amount of money will or could trigger to a KYC verification.

I am not the person to judge how Cloudbet deals with customers. What I do find a bad thing is that they no longer respond at all on the forum and no longer respond at all in the topic.
There is someone who posts messages, but that seems to be someone employed by Cloudbet. If they still want to save their reputation, it seems sensible to me that they respond substantively to matters.
And explain specific issues.

It's not necessary that they will explain all the time, OP made a statement without having a proof or evidence but that is his right though, and now that the case or issue has been solve, I think this thread has already serve its purpose, and therefore should be lock.

Most casinos will not allow you to withdraw your money without making any bets as that will be suspicious under their eyes, this is because in the past hackers used casinos as mixers, and deposited coins with them and then got them out immediately getting fresh and clean coins.

Casinos realized this and even if you do not receive a single bonus you have to bet your whole deposit at least once before you can withdraw I know this is unfair for most of us that just want to have some fun but it is obvious they had no other way to solve this.
