Regarding your question, it's not possible from a bounty hunter without an acceptable contribution on the forum.

Okay... But I've scrolled through 9 whole pages of your account and all that I can find is short sentences that doesn't really make sense or just you claiming your bounty. You can appeal if you've contributed substantially to the community and get a lighter ban but I doubt thats happening, judging by your post quality.

Consider this thread as your appeal and global moderators  or admin are the only one that could unblock you and just pray you may convince them. Most cases like plagiarism aren't that easy to unblock or unbanned so just assume right now that you may end up not to get it back.
