We failed to see it, we really were too close and I really hope that we will finally see it one day, but until that happens it looks like we are going to not really see anything over ATH just yet.
I do not feel like we are done trying, it looks like there are tons of people who are still supportive of bitcoin and who really thinks we are not out of the bull run just yet, but just because they think that way doesn't mean it will happen that way neither, so we are at a stage where a lot of people who are still hopeful about ATH price to be broken but a million people who wants it up wouldn't worth the same as few people who have 10x more amounts in bitcoin that can crash it if they want to. This is why bitcoin is volatile and also very unpredictable as well.
We've marked new ath for the year 2020, and the new ath value hasn't crossed the previous bull run value. As in the quote we encountered very close market movements and finally failed to reach the targeted prediction of experts. None is sure how far will the market crash before a bounce. As per my view, it will reach around $15000 to be the bottom price. Once after that we can expect gradual move taking the price touch new ath by 2021.
