Welcome to the forum, this is really interesting a new poker site. I visited so far I like your design on your website including the tables i'll be waiting for some players to play with looks like they don't have one yet.

Maybe giving them free coins to play with would attract players, not big just a few coins where player can test the website and play on your website.

Will this lightning-poker game attract more players than their lightning-roulette? I know, you need only small amount of satoshis to play on their site but a lot of us here are not LN users yet. Maybe, time to learn how to use LN as you can play cheap.  You can use your extra satoshis from your wallets or exchanges.

Also, the green background for me is way too pixilated and looking at it gives me a headache - you need to do something about that as I'm sure others will find it unattractive also (easier to change color).

we can easily test the website by claiming lightning faucet, but the problem is the faucet isn't working yet?. I hope OP could giveaway some sat for testing the website.

Welcome to the forum! It's great that some people are trying to give the LN a shot. I don't think it's salvageable (meaning that I don't think it'll ever become mainstream), but projects like this one give hope that not all is lost with it.
I visited your website, and while I like the colors and the buttons, it's a bit weird that the main page has only a third of it filled with something, and the rest of it is just a green void. I also find it unusual that you have buttons for different cities and different conditions for them... Given that currently there are zero people on the website, it's risky that even if a few people appear, they will disperse into different categories and still won't be able to play. Might I also suggest you to add bots, so that if someone feels like playing, it's possible to do it even when there are no people (or not enough people) on the website?

The poker is playable from 1 satoshi, there are also free to play poker rooms on the website.

I was also a little surprised that for the two cities of Sofia and Cairo - free is written, for the rest there are different conditions.  I don't really understand why so many cities should be used at the very beginning of the promotion of lightning-poker?  Perhaps it would be possible to shorten the list a little and fill it with players more complete?  
Maybe I don't know the exact details of the organization of this game , but then I ask you to clarify.

I've checked the tables, out of all of those tables, most of them are empty and the one that I've seen have at least 1 person inside is only 1.

That's what I've noticed too when I visited the website. When I opened the table theres only one table that has 1 player. The rest was empty though it is understandable for now because they are still new and just promoting there websites.

But I think you still need to do some  effective promotional style to gain more players, improve your layout, make some welcome bonus offers or do some signature campaigns to promote it.

But anyway, good luck hope these suggestions will reach it out to you for future success.

This can cause suspicion among customers. It is better to be straight about this. Deposits are also instant? Does that mean we do not need even 1 confirmation of the network?
If this is the case, you can get in big problems with the possibility of double spend.

Instead of saying it was instant I think it will be more appropriate if they state it as fast confirmations on both withdrawal and deposits. In my opinion, I think it's not a big deal on my end I am used to how the Bitcoin confirmation is not that fast maybe they just want to reiterate the new one the description the next time around.

The rest of them are playable with sats.
