Good4 Still forgot to order my S1, after yet another email from me. =
Bad5 Admitted the mistake, ordered my S1 and sent it to me overnight =

Yes. Screwing up someones order does not make you a bad vendor, it just make you human. Fixing the problem without excuses and doing everything to make it right, makes you a trusted vendor.
