No way and it is obviously impossible . BTC is the dad of all the coins and no coins can take place of BTC . It is true that other coins like ETH are doing well and growing fast but BTC is BTC and BTC is not aslo lagging behind . It has hitted almost 53k . So if you think any alt coin can replace BTC then you are thinking it wrong .

Base on the current situation and current trend, No, but later it can still be yes, because the gap of difference between bitcoin and altcoin is quite big, the rate of acceptability of bitcoin in the country in the world is much more than any altcoin, because is some country its already regarded as money.
Though is possible but not now.

In my mind altcoins and bitcoins are very different, altcoins can show movement in various major markets but to beat bitcoin is very unlikely because the popularity of bitcoin has been tested and there are even altcoins that almost pass altcoins but do not last long while bitcoin can stand alone without altcoins that are helps so in essence bitcoin remains the main crypto and altcoin followers
You are definitely right there are huge differences between BTC and altcoins, that is right all of them are digital money. However, BTC is the king and first currencies. There is a number of altcoins and it is not an exaggeration to say that most of them are really successful, but for me, that doesn't mean there can be an altcoin that can replace BTC. As you above said BTC had been tested by investors and no doubt most of them are so happy for investing in BTC. My second favorite cryptocurrency is ADA, but BTC deserves a first place among cryptocurrencies, in the next years l can not imagine that this situation will change. |

I don't think this will happen in the next 50 years. Because the dominance of the bitcoin is way far from the sum of all ALTS. But Rise of Harmony, ADA, Eth, BNB , Cake these kind of a projects have the potential to do the change what you expect.

Those alts you mentioned has been reached an all new time high in the market. But I still can't see these can replace bitcoin in the future. Many users assumes there is an altcoin can replace bitcoin but up to date bitcoin has high dominance for all altcoins. Bitcoin is bitcoin and there's no need to argue, it's called alts that serve the purpose being alternative but the main one will continue and it's Bitcoin. We seen good growth with those mentioned projects but still what's popular all over the world is Bitcoin and it's continuing we should learn more about the market and how things works around. |

With so much negative popularity around bitcoin, I don't think they'll be able to lead the crypto market for long term. People are moving towards a greener energy and bitcoin has been blamed of taking away much larger electricity than consumed by some medium sized nation. It's nearly impossible for bitcoin to move away from current POW and it is becoming more like a trophy token rather than a currency that could be used.

This isn't going to change in the next 50 years, in my opinion. Since bitcoin's supremacy is vastly greater than the total of all ALTS. However, ventures like Rise of Harmony, ADA, Eth, BNB, and Cake have the ability to bring about the transformation that you want.

but the fact, huge company buy bitcoin not altcoins mate for me thats the real sign if bitcoin will stay strong and always become the leaders in this crypto space now the dominance of bitcoin is getting stronger so it will be very difficult to be replaced by other cryptos and the fact is that bitcoin continues to increase in price every day and it is true as you say, now many companies have started to adopt bitcoin as an investment alternative to save their money and of course with so it will further strengthen bitcoin as the king of crypto today. |

No need joining the group to know that altcoins will never be able to flip bitcoin at the top, if you look closely now the marketcap of bitcoin alone is x4 of Ethereum's, and fun fact Ethereum is second place in coin ranking, so if Ethereum is that far off bitcoin even when it's one of the main foundations of most projects then I dont think any coin can flip bitcoin now or ever, people will always choose bitcoin as the king.

We all know the importance of bitcoin. The first cryptocurrency in the world. Now altcoin trying their best to gain importance of people and chase the bitcoin. But reality is that i cannot be happen. Market if Bitcoin is very much than other altcoin. Many altcoin price grow with bitcoin price. So its impossible for any altcoin replace bitcoin
BTC is the first cryptocurrency and it is not an exaggeration to say that other cryptocurrencies' prices are moving through the movement of BTC and it is just a dream to think about that there can be any altcoin that can replace BTC in the future. As you said it is impossible, maybe there can be any project which would be also valuable like top altcoins, and l think top altcoins are also the best like BTC. However, that doesn't mean BNB or ETH can replace BTC. |

I don't think that Monero can replace Bitcoin, Rather, Bitcoin remains number one and Ethereum number two, Monero is a good currency, but not like these two currencies, which have a market value of millions and have popularity and daily use. |

Maybe monero is currently quite high value, still moving at $ 327, but if you say it will replace bitcoin, I don't think so, however it will be BTC's first position and ETH will follow, we know how wide their market is and their rating in the top circles crypto investors. |

anything is possible, but I just have a hard time seeing anything replace BTC. Not just from a price standpoint, but also from a popularity standpoint. Most of the other altcoins have risen because of Bitcoin. BTC is the one most widely known and accepted, BTC has ATMs, BTC is available on basically every single exchange out there. I don't think anyone can say Bitcoin will be "king" forever, but it's going to take something really big to actually replace it.

Ask yourself the questions why and how alt coins could and should replace Bitcoin. I can't see any reason for some alt to replace Bitcoin at this point in time in regards to the purpose Bitcoin serves right now.

Bitcoin as the home of crypto is indeed true, it can be called oatokan in crypto, and replacing it is an impossibility, its history has spread widely and become gold in crypto. |
