About 90% of heart attacks occur early in the morning & it can be reduced if one takes a glass or two of water before going to bed at night.

We know water is important but never know about the special times one has to drink it.. !!

About 90% of heart attacks occur early in the morning

Heart Attacks and Strokes are caused by blod clots.  They happen first thing in the morning because the increased heart rate frees the clot to travel and get stuck.

I had my stroke at 1am, early in the morning, but at the end of a long day, just after I had pulled out of my driveway to pick up a snack. 

It's less important when you drink water as how much you drink per day.

Albert, there will always be some risk. It's a game of chance. People that live an unhealthy lifestyle such as hardcore alcoholics, smokers, etc. May make it to 90, and people that live a very healthy lifestyle may get a sudden heart attack.
However, the odds are better for living a healthier lifestyle. And complications are the worst. Surviving a stroke or a heart attack can lead to permanent life long disabilities.

Take a 20 sided dice, for example.

1) Healthy lifestyle: Roll anything other than a 1 and you are fine.
2) Very unhealthy lifestyle: Roll 10 or higher to be fine and avoid complications.

I'd prefer option #1

Actually The advise i received is at least Drink 3-4 Glasses of Warm water the verry moment you woke up,because this will Help taking the fats and making us to To Go to comfort room and release all the Not necessary inside our body.

And yeah it helps me alot and good for Losing weight as well.

Is there a scientific basis for this? I'm doing this every day and I used to drink a lot of glasses of water, more than the average of 8 glasses.

I've watched this on one news documentary or its like a trivia that Japanese people used to do this. Before eating, they drink water. After waking up, they drink water and look at their life span. Seems effective.

The human body is made mainly out of water, so drinking a lot of water makes sense. I would recommend drinking at least 2 L of water per day. The only problem I have when drinking a lot before going to bed, I wake up at night and have to go to the toilet. For me its better to drink in the morning.

But at least i Maintain 6-8 glasses a day.

I'm not used in Drinking Plenty of water because i keep on pissing so i limit my Drinking when outside of House and only take enough when arrive at home.

But at least i Maintain 6-8 glasses a day.
That is fine if you're outside of your home.

But if you're staying at home, you have to drink at the average number of glasses. I've experienced uncontrollable pissing even though I have controlled drinking too even I'm at home. I don't know the cause of it.

After IIRC, a day or two, it came back to normal.

I drink a lot of water every day besides drink coffee and tea. Although I don't know what the benefits of water for details are, I only know that when I drink water, it can help me to feel better, although I must go to the bathroom for pee repeatedly hahaha Grin

Water is very important for us. Not only mankind, but wter is also important for any kind of living elements. Anyone can eat different things for survive but if anyone do not drink water he/she will not survive. If you want to produce something, you have to drink water.

Yeah but this is me since childhood that once i drink2 glasses of more surely in a couple of minutes i will be pissing.

but i consulted already a doctor and said that's normal though i have second thought that maybe i have internal problem or what.

There are many health importance associated with drinking of good water. Water helps in the body as many organs needs water to function properly. Go back to the doctor with another one.

You'll be having a second thought/opinion from that doctor to know if you really have an internal problem or it's really normal.

And if the thought of that doctor is the same, you can still the third thought/opinion and consultation from another doctor if you want.

Water is life ! This is what my parents taught me when i was i little kid. I was supposed to grow a little to understand it, but when you think about it's the most important thing in our world. So drink water often and don't be afraid !

It's less important when you drink water as how much you drink per day.

This is really right because water is water and when it goes in shouldn't be of importance but to take standard quantity daily will keep someone fresh and healthy just like it is advised in the hospital. Water helps to dehydrate someone and by that all systems and organs functions as expected and keeps the skin very fine and shinny. The quantity of intact of water daily is what is important and that is why they say water is a source of life.
