I believe it will take time to get all the results we've all been waiting for, and don't expect Ethereum prices to immediately rise and transaction costs to drop. I believe that one of the main advantages of Ethereum 2.0 is transaction speed.

If you only rely on transaction speed there is no point in pointing it, but if talking about it will make more people use Ethereum, it will have a good influence on Ethereum prices because it can increase its price on the exchange.

At the rate at which ETH is being charged gas fee, it is becoming difficult to use ETH blockchain.  Even after the launch of ETH 2.0, this kind of gas fee is unthinkable.  Is it possible to reduce gas fee in future?

eth 2.0 is like a usb 2.0 in which the transfer of data are now more faster than the older version but for eth its not the data that is being transfered but its the transaction or the money .

fast transfer could also means more power consumption or on the eth means more gas fee ? i hope im wrong with eth but its still on its early stage and they can always make changes pertaining on how the gas fee works . for devices its okay to consume more power but charge or transfer faster but for eth transfer its okay to wait for more time as long as we can save money for the fee

Only the zero phase of Ethereum 2.0 is launched.  The improvements will be fully implemented in two years.  Therefore, it is not worth counting on the fact that everything will change instantly.  However, ethereum's scalability should gradually increase soon.  Only we need patience again.  So far, the main thing is that the launch of the improvements has been made successfully.  The result will come with time.

its not joke , wait till sharding applied in new ethereum version and we will transaction fee decrease alot. its true fee still be main problem for ethereum but it will not longer again will overcomed.

price will not directly impacted from this news , there are various respons with this news moreover ethereum price already rise alot since few weeks ago and some investors will take profit first. but in 2021 ethereum will greater than this year both is developtment side or price.

So the gas required for a transaction has dropped so much right now last time  I take a look at ethgasstation. Is it because ETH 2.0 or simply because defi craze or hype has died down?

thats mean we need more patience to see a full complete of ethereum 2.0 launch

The start of the Beacon chain is simply one of the milestones on the way to ETH2.0
There is still a need for sharding (phase 1) and the migration of accounts and smart contracts (phase 2).
