No this is not the right time to entertain with your savings in BTC because the price is already in its peak and buying now is not recommended, also I would request you to please go through the history of BTC and first see its high and low of the past one year. Wait for few more days and watch the fluctuations how it happens everyday, you will come across lot of news about BTC but that doesn't mean the price is go to moon. Don't jump over and buy wait until the market turns red.

Many institutes are buying bitcoins at the current prices and i think bitcoin is a good buy under 20,000$. In coming days we will see bitcoin crossing 25,000$ - 30,000$. If you have some spare money, i would suggest you to grab some bitcoins and hold them for a year.

Although the potential is there but still it's dangerous to advice to anyone about holding it for a year since in reality it's hard to predict if those figures would really come although many experts says about it still we cannot really say it's accurate since they are also predicting with no accurate basis. Maybe the best we can do is to buy and trade bitcoins since by this if we can earn for daily basis as well on long term holding if we choose to have a split balance for holding and trading.

It is good because you will not have to wait for a very long time fro the pump. It should happen in about one year time. It is not so good because price is far from bottom where it was at the end of 2018 and at start of 2019. But if you would bought back then you would need to hold for three years instead of only one.

indeed what is popular is asking the price of bitcoin all the time, even when the price may be high or low. because it is the most digestible and desirable topic like bitcoin itself.

there will be no surprises that will occur at the end of the year even the possibility of falling again could happen even though the strengthening direction of bitcoin is at its current position. I feel that there will not be a sharp increase, after the correction at the beginning of the year bitcoin will rise again.

I come to you with a cunundrum today. One that's been weighing on me heavy for the past week.

Is it a good time to buy bitcoin, for a not too long term investment? And not just a couple of bucks but rather with a sum that would definitely sting (but not cripple) if the pendulum swings the wrong way.

I know your guess it as good as mine and the whole don't put in more than you are willing to lose and bitcoin is the least predictable investment venue...but perhaps you might know something I don't, especially consider how sharply it's been going up lately.
Some I realized don't like sharing what they know if they have juicy insight that they feel will change the course of things unfavorably for them if that knowledge was made public. If you are one of them, maybe you can PM me? 1 person won't make a difference.

I'm not an expert but do invest money that you can afford to lose, yes for me this is a good time to invest, Bitcoin is very much ripe to break his old all time high and to set another one, all speculation and prediction are pointing to another all time high, and Bitcoin @ $19200 is the good time to buy.

I have to disagree with this because this is not a perfect time to invest. We don't get a ride on the market coz it is already at the ATH and we don't need to give hope that it will continue to move high but give them some hints, a scheme-like 2017 scenario in which the market price dumps slowly after reaching its ATH. We can't ignore this possibility but instead, we have to prepare for this than keeping always in bullish minds. Kinda we need to think also about the past events than focusing on the current market flow.

No man can predict nor foreseen the future if they do then this market wont be unpredictable anymore but rather a predictable one.When we do make out some decisions neither we do investor or not then

You can say how volatile we are, dump will comes after the pumps. And don't make a reason to fail because you are buying crypto during the bullish and loss your money.
