We've rebranded from CSGO500 to 500Play just recently but the site still maintain both domains. No takeover; everything remains the same so worry not!

Currently I'm part of the team so I'm helping out with the brand awareness. Engagement rates might not be as decent as other competitors but I remain optimistic that this forum is a decent platform to attract players once they have a taste of it

There was a blog post addressing this just several days back:

Back in 2016 when we launched, it was the era of CSGO Gambling websites so we attached a CSGO-like name to our 500 brand and we stuck with it for 5 years.

However, the brand of CSGO500 was slowly becoming a limit for us, because we were evolving. Even though our current user base is already loyal to us, we would often be seen only as "that CSGO Wheel of Fortune site" instead of the crypto-friendly Sportsbook & Casino that we are.

The second factor for this decision was the fact that over the years we were stacking up new features and new development plans onto our legacy architecture and the website was less and less optimized as we added things to it. The mobile experience was bad and there were a lot of resources being wasted.

In other words, we've come a long way since CSGO and would prefer to adopt a more household name

For crypto withdrawals, they are available if you have been using the site for a while or completed the KYC process (that is, if you are comfortable with that)

We are only offering crypto withdrawals to verified accounts or accounts that have a good history with us.

If you keep using the site, you will eventually gain access to them.

If you need them faster, you can verify your account on your Profile tab by providing the required documents.

You probably should have lead with the fact they restrict crypto withdrawals to specific users on a crypto forum. I don't think most gamblers on here are comfortable providing KYC documents given the number of hacked sites we hear about and identity documents being found on the dark web.

Fair point. I can bring this to the attention of the admins, and maybe consider having implement a smaller limit to the daily crypto withdrawals for newer accounts.

Correct, all deposits are converted into BUX on site including skin deposits since that's our on-site currency. In a way, it makes betting easier since the minimum is 10 BUX (less than 1 cent. If fiat, that is not possible).
