Well due to curiosity, I just clicked the red round dot on the left corner ^{[something sign of information]} on the ^{[ADD BUX]} feature, and I found what is the meaning of that feature.
Here, I quoted below.

The Train fills up with a percentage of all bets placed on the Wheel. Players can also tip the Train individually, by clicking the  button.

Note that you don't need to ADD BUX to the train to win the reward.

All players that are least Level 5 can enter using the person_add button.

After a minimum amount of BUX is reached, the Train can be drawn anytime the Wheel has at least 3 consecutive rolls of the same color (also called a "train").

The Train will be drawn as soon as it crashes. For example, if the last 5 rolls have been red, the train will be drawn as soon as another color than red gets rolled.

Tried this site and it seems they use standard high ~96% RTP for most games. But what about Play'nGO? Lot's of slots written ~94% RTP but when I looked into the configuration, these slots have custom RTP set to 96%. Which one is correct? 94% or 96%?

Due to an issue on the slot provider's side, we were hosting Book of Dead with an RTP of ~94%. However, this issue gets currently fixed and in a few hours, the game will be updated with the regular 96%. Thanks for pointing that out, we only have Play'n Go for a few weeks now, so feel free to point out any other irregularities, so we can check

We are classifying matches and tournaments based on tiers. The higher the tournament tier, the bigger the win limit for that match.

Tier B match win limit: 1MBUX
Tier C match win limit: 500K BUX
Tier D match win limit: 200K BUX

Yup rozak, we're currently having some issues with several functions including the deposits, withdrawals and rewards.

The admins are aware of this and are trying to get the developers to patch things up. As frustrating as it can be, unfortunately we still don't have any ETA since it's Sunday
