There is surely gonna be someone who wins more than once(Most likely), but chances are also that it's gonna be limited how much it actually affects the end results.
But the only thing worse than not getting rolled is to get rerolled because you already won.

Come on my friend; you change one of the main rules just before the raffle and don't consider that as a problem ? The feature (winning 1 prize per person) was something that made the raffle on this casino quite unique and attractive for smaller players. Now, with the new rules in place, there is no difference anymore and it is a similar raffle compared to all other raffles, which is a pity.

I believe their minimum bet for crash and almost all of games they offer is 0.01$ as what most of other casinos' minimum bet also. As per VPN, I guess it is much better if you will ask their support directly on site before activating it and using it to their site, just to be sure.
