Belgium is not the "force" they were, they had a good few years but right now they are not that good and I do not think that anyone would assume them as that good. They will not win this. There are four teams everyone talks about, brazil, argentina, england, france and those four will be fighting for the top spot and one of them will be the winner, I am not seeing anyone else could.

FIFA ranking says otherwise. At this point, Belgium is at #2 with 1821.92 points. On top of that, Romelu Lukaku is considered by many as one of the top players in the world right now. And also, Belgium team has good bonding between the players. They don't have ego issues between the players, similar to the case with France or Germany. I am not a big fan of Belgium and I don't think that their chances this time are greater than Argentina or Brazil. But if you mention teams such as Portugal or Uruguay, then you need to mention Belgium as well.

Furthermore Brazil is one of my favourites to win this cup, but we cannot truly pick one team as lots will depend on how player’s perform and that’s why I feel that we should keep an eye on how the stars are performing once their league starts, and then accordingly pick our favourite team’s.

Weak teams could be out of World Cup after end of group stage because just strong teams with quality players can qualify for knock out stage and this is going to be the toughest stage of this event, we will have top 16 teams from world in second round of world cup.

Croatia reached the final last time, and that was completely unexpected. But in case of Belgium, even if they win the trophy this time I won't be surprised. As of now, they are ranked 2nd in the FIFA table. Coming to the other teams that you listed, such as Serbia, Switzerland and Denmark, although all of them are in good form, I don't think that they will be able to progress much beyond the quarter-finals. What's the point of choosing now (did you bet?) when many things can change before the start of the World Cup? You can't tell me that you think all those teams would have a good chance against France if they played. I get England, that makes sense but Croatia? Really?
