France is always competitive, they are probably the team with the biggest pool of players in the world at the moment.
When I see the list however, I can't shake the feeling that they will be a bit thin in midfield.

They will have to go to Qatar with Tchouameni, Fofana and Camavinga. They’re also exceptional players. I feel that Trent should be playing constantly and that he's a huge attacking threat.

Will this be a competitive team for the World Cup?

One of the finest teams to win the World Cup this year is the defending champions, France. With the exception of some of their World Cup-winning players, the midfield has undergone some changes. Players like Pogba and Kante are not present this time around. They have some excellent attacking players right now, and I recognise seeing them all doing well in their respective club game. To be honest Camavinga and Tchouameni is not a bad duo and that will not make a bad roster for them, I am sure they are going to be just fine, but even with that in mind I am guessing that it’s going to get a bit of getting used to, because so far France played with Pogba and Kante together.

I think one placed on midfielder for France national team filled by Tchouaméni as guaranteed with regular or main player, I don't think with Camavinga can get regular position trough still have senior midfielder there like Adrien Rabiot. If not all, most of these players in currently in a team that are performing well this season. I like how Tite drafted the 26-man list. Brazil have a good chance, at least they are one of the favorites in this year's world cup. There are many great players in the squad, this should help them perform better than a number of other countries participating in the world cup. I think they will get through to the last 16 more easily, but after that we really never know how the odds will be especially if the opponents are really strong.

For a Conmebol zone country, I think Brazil and Argentina can be favorites especially because during the qualification they really managed to perform well without losing in 17 matches.

Qatar is a country of rules, regulations and many laws that their countrymen abide in. They have also made it known to visitors because of the world cup but there is something that is negotiable which is they should not expect 100% compliance to the laws. People coming from different types of country have their different cultures and traditions they won't have to force them to comply 100%.

Dani Alves is likely to be valuable for the team with his experience, because he is no longer young and the field is no longer as good as before. When I was a boy I was always rooting for Brazil, all my friends in the yard were rooting and it was probably cool. Brazil is always a World Cup contender, but Germany and France can also play in the final, there are many deserving teams.
