i have good Agriculture project that will generate good income and will provide many jobs but i need at least 30Btc worth investment to start this as large scale im not much tech guy and i cant create coin for this purpose but can offer business shares to investors how i can get funds for this type project

funds for
buy land
develop it for farm or buy developed land
and every 2 to 3 month crops can get and give reasonable profit
i tried with many local investors they just interested to get project idea and invest on them selves so its not working

any one who has some knowledge in attract international inverters for this type project welcome and anyone who interested to invest in this type project also welcome

maybe you are correct  but giving try to race some funds to this type project can be give motivation to connect with international inverters and get there attention because investing in lands specially agriculture lands is the future because you get income from nature you just need to prepare for it.
and if you invest 1000$ you will get company share and also get lifetime income in every 2 to 3 month based on income agriculture project generate.we only looking for total of 0.45m$ as investment to buy 30acre of land if you invest 20000$ we can offer 1acre of land fully developed within agriculture project and you will be named owner of it.and company will pay income in every 2 to 3 month

Crossing boundaries like having an international investors needing some documents before one can just directly send that money to anyone whom does not even know. Money is so hot and this is why all are careful not to engage any people here especially if it talks about money.

You want to start big but you do not know how hard it is to manage that big farm. You only just said that you are good in it yet that is not the basis of being a good farmer. long term lease is great idea i already tried it with government bare lands but there is some problem with it water is the main problems most great lands that give good crop and have good water supply already owning by private inverters. if  you have good plan and great exception in agriculture business you have to plan it maintain some conditions too so ive search many meatheads and plan with my friend who has phd in agriculture

we are not plan to do farm we are planing to grow some crops that need Les labors and cost effective and what has give good return

By this route and based on everything else, you're going to end up with a higher number of investors/owners than if you were to go with local investors...

Why do you need to get your funding in Bitcoin and not in the traditional way? Do you have a bank account in a local bank, have you tried talking with them first? Where are you from? Doesn't your government have loan programs to help new business to grow? You can't ask for a loan without a detailed business plan, where is yours? You can't ask for a loan for a business plan you don't have, for a company you haven't created, and on land you don't own/lease.

You can't ask for a loan without a detailed business plan, where is yours? You can't ask for a loan for a business plan you don't have, for a company you haven't created, and on land you don't own/lease. 

if investors are willing to spend flats are good but its taxable it will waste some amount of investment without profit. as a sri lankan many international web sites not supporting projects that create in poor country's that's a disadvantage

yes you are correct plan is to buy well developed land with reasonable price and we need additional land space to do some short term profit generating projects too that's why we targeting 30acre land. and best part is we not quite you will get life time income company will garented it.

1 teek tees for timber  target 25 year (large income) low maintain
2 mahogany tees  target 10-15 years  medium scale income
3 coconut plantation (if land is developed income will generate within 2 to 3 month)
few short term crops vegetables fruits to cover labor cost and operational cost

If your claims are right. I think you have a good business idea And i can see you've done the little in your capability to raise fund. However, you did not state what will be the profit of investors, i think this is the apect that attracts investors more. And i can even invest (if you have a good profit sharing formula)

No one is going to give any coins to an anonymous guy thousands of kilometers away, that's just a recipe for a scam. In general, using Bitcoin for investing in business, especially internationally, is a very bad idea, there's zero investor protection, zero regulation, and authorities will be unwilling or unable to help the investor in case of a scam.

You should keep trying with traditional finance, if your idea is good, someone will notice it. Maybe reduce your scale to increase your chances, and then expand your business later.

The price is ridiculous, I skimmed through offers for lands in Sri Lanka and nothing goes near even to half of those and we're talking about already farmed land with trees and plantations and we all know web offers post ridiculous prices from the start, you can get in eastern Europe that land for ~200k euros.

And the worst part of all, how are you going to convince people to send you money and receive profit in 10-15 years when bitcoiners have seen their stash grow in fiat value 200% this year? Since you have failed (if even tried) to get a loan from your bank, you have almost no chance in these conditions here.

Let me explain first calming 30 btc for this project

You're asking for $600k and targeting a million, for 30 acres,

agriculture land cost nearly 20000 per acre if land was well developed
also you can get undeveloped land nearly 5000$ per acre and must spend time and money for development.no return until few years at least
so best solution is to buy partly developed land and redeveloped it with need of project ideas

claiming first that you will grow crops every 2-3 months then go to timber then back to vegetables which is a total mess

even you can get harf of price per acre if land in dry zone as you mentioned (will face many problem no water,far away from main markets,no labors,les crop becouse many month no rain in this areas in year )

I would recommend you start with making a nice investment layout, preferably in Powerpoint.  This would help you to make a small summary on the powerpoint slides. You want to gives as much information as possible in the shortest amount of time. Like where to buy the land, how is the land price compared to other areas in that state, what is the historic price, what are are the chances to sell at a profit in 5 years, etc.
