As SFR10 said, move this to the right board, this is not about "helping" people with funds.
The obvious problems your "projects" faces are
- nobody knows who you are
- you have no way to guarantee that you won't run with the funds, and even if you don't people also have no way to claim their share of the profits afterward
- your plan is, well not a real plan.
You're asking for $600k and targeting a million, for 30 acres, that's 12 ha, and claiming first that you will grow crops every 2-3 months then go to timber then back to vegetables which is a total mess. The price is ridiculous, I skimmed through offers for lands in Sri Lanka and nothing goes near even to half of those and we're talking about already farmed land with trees and plantations and we all know web offers post ridiculous prices from the start, you can get in eastern Europe that land for ~200k euros.
And the worst part of all, how are you going to convince people to send you money and receive profit in 10-15 years when bitcoiners have seen their stash grow in fiat value 200% this year? Since you have failed (if even tried) to get a loan from your bank, you have almost no chance in these conditions here.
Let me explain first calming 30 btc for this project

agriculture land cost nearly 20000 per acre if land was well developed
also you can get undeveloped land nearly 5000$ per acre and must spend time and money for development.no return until few years at least
so best solution is to buy partly developed land and redeveloped it with need of project ideas

1 teek tees for timber target 25 year (large income) low maintain
2 mahogany tees target 10-15 years medium scale income
3 coconut plantation (if land is developed income will generate within 2 to 3 month)
few short term crops vegetables fruits to cover labor cost and operational cost

land owned by company and investors will be one of owner of company
and you not have to wait 10 to 15 years to get income
income will pay every 2 to 3 month as harvesting and company generating profit
other projects that mature in 15 to 20 years will give profit in large scale when harvesting im just dividing investment to low risk and high gain i think you understand
