With $1M it's good to diversify among top20 cryptos, some real estate, risk-free bonds (with positive yield), basket of currencies, gold, several VC investments, and of course equities (growth/value/dividends). And of course hedge whatever risks possible (not 100% though, as that would mean 0% return) with derivatives or counter trades. Then can double that $1M fairly quickly and safely.

One million dollars is a very huge amount of money, cash?
The last thing I'm going to buy ferrari. I might get a decent car to be using for the main time. But I'm going to invest massively in Bitcoin and other top Altcoins that are doing good right now. Have been an entrepreneur for a very long time now, and I have a lot of business plans which the money can be channel into. First, information technology, it's a very good industry that can bring a great ROI within a shortest time. Secondly, I will invest in the fashion industry, have been working on starting my clothing company for a very long time now. That kind of money will go a long way. Lastly, to mention few, I will also invest in educational system.

I may invest in different way from what people are saying. Bitcoin is good to investing but I will look for other real life investment. Buying into stocks too can be nice. I have to buy cheap stocks that can have better margin in the future. At least quarter of it can go in stocks.

I am not a fan of high-end cars and I don't think that is wise spending.

I'm not really into luxury items like Ferrari cars, but I'm more interested in multiplying wealth.  If I had that kind of money, I would multiply it with bitcoins, because if I chose bitcoin instead of just ferrri I might be able to buy more luxury goods in this world.  These two choices are not balanced because they are not apple to apple.  You compare between consume or invest.

I'd probably invest that huge amount to real estate or investments which are less risky compared to cryptos.
The profit from investing to this technology is indeed tempting if you have witnessed how its market value developed over the past. But in line with that, you should now be aware of how huge are the losses already for those who made wrong decisions when it comes to their investment concerning how they analyse the market. I'd more engage to assured profit than to something big but is too risky. There's no certainty when it comes to the direction of the market price of cryptos unlike to some other investments wherein an investor could get a hint to where will it be more profitable. But I would still consider investing to cryptos but not as much as majority of that huge amount in order to diversify my investments and to generate bigger profit in the future.

How I wish to have that amount of money, that's a huge amount here in my country and probably I will live luxurious together with my family if I ever had that amount.  That's a huge amount, you can manage to buy a Ferrari car and invest Bitcoin or any stock that you might invest, let's just say, 40% for the car and 60% is just for investment, you can completely split that amount if you really wanted to have a car, but not a luxurious one(I think $70M) for the most expensive Ferrari car and you can buy worth of $350,000 2020 Ferrari 488 Pista Spider is probably worth enough.

Secure first your future wealth, it seems to be good if you have many investments or even have your own business to have a better future.  If you believe Bitcoin is a safe have, you can choose this too.

Well unlike many of the answers I'm seeing here, I would actually be smart with my money.  I would invest in a wide rang of financial products, and of course I would invest some of it in bitcoin/cryptocurrencies..but not half or all of it like some others have suggested they'd do.  A million dollars isn't a small chunk of change but it's also not a ton of money either.

If i had that money i will never ever be fond of expensive thing i should think about survival since cash are will be easily gone when you don't use it right nowadays , half of my money i will put it into bitcoin and start trading to keep the money grow and half of money i will be build a business that are popular this days and those profit i made i will make a house and wait for everything to be smooth which is stable earnings for month that keep my self good at financial problem and then i will think to invest it into expensive items of course to see the worth of your hard working.

If I have that amount, I will first buy a house and lot in the province and buy also a farm lot and start planting agricultural product which I will be able to supply in the market specially different kinds of fruits and vegetable. But of course, I still invest in cryptocurrency. I will just divide that amount and make sure my family can live a simple but happy life despite the huge amount.

Spend it all for ferrari high class? that would be nice but I don't know how to drive lol, I cannot survive if I buy luxury cars all of my money. . If I have millions of dollars, It's better that I spend my money in cryptocurrency, like buying some altcoins and hold for long term, trading bitcoins and of course build a house for my family.

Spending more or less money for worldly reasons is nothing but foolishness. Today's cars and houses will get old in a few days. New model cars and houses will be built in the future. The money invested will provide future security. It will be possible to do something better in the future with the money invested. I think the money saved should be invested

It depends on the situation but what is clear, investing in bitcoin is something that will definitely be done. Besides, investing in real estate doesn't hurt either and for me, buying a high-class car is not something that is important because I am not that interested in electrical goods and vehicles or whatever. Because when there is a new type of electronic goods or vehicles that will be released next, at least the price is very likely to fall on older items, so I think it is very risky.

Bitcoin will be one of the many options for sure and will be investing in it. If they have a lot of money, they will buy something that can give them prestige because they want to see that the other people will see look at them differently than before. Those people want to show other people that they now have a lot of money to make them look rich.

But that will not happen to people who always care about their life. They will prepare their life with that money so that they can have a better life. They will only use some money for their lives and not waste time on unnecessary things.

Why would I want to buy a car with my money? I mean if I have a decent level car, thats more than enough for me, and if my only two options are millions of dollars worth of ferrari or buying bitcoin that would be an easy choice for me, I would pick bitcoin without a doubt, in a single second.

Think about it this way, bitcoin would yield me more profit later on, if I can use that bitcoin I could simply just make sure that I get richer and richer constantly, maybe even go for staking or masternodes or other stuff in other coins as well if I want to. That would be great deal of profit for me instead of just having one car, which will worth less and less in the future. Hence I would say it is an obvious choice, anyone who picks the car is picking wrong if you ask me.

That is a really good idea, investing in bitcoin and wait for your money to grow. But it is too risky to do that as of now since the value of bitcoin is at its highest peak, after a few years we are experiencing a pump again. With that plans, you can actually do that by investing, it's your choice when to do that and how, for now maybe you must do some research about nature and to understand how the bitcoin works, also study how to make a solid portfolio so you have a guide to follow when the market price changes.
