The choices that OP are asking are stupid, one million dollars goes a long way and if that were a once in a lifetime opportunity then that means that you have to spend it wisely, it is no brainer that you will invest it in bitcoin. Bitcoin is evidently growing and buying something that depreciates in value overtime unless it is the last Ferrari model in the world will be the most dumb thing that you could ever do to your money.
It actually depends on the financial status of the person who is given the money. I remember recently stake did a raffle where they gave the winner an option to take something around $200k or a Ferrari and I believe it was GDLE who won and he chosen to get the cash because as a gambler he would relish cash more than the car. Maybe if you ask Elon Musk the same question what he would do if you give him a million dollars then he might go with a Ferrari but someone who isn't as rich as him would most likely lean towards getting the cash and how they invest depends on individual's intelligence and their risk appetite. |

That's a lot of money and I can divide it in 50% for bitcoin and keep it in the long run, the rest I use to get profits in a short time or to be precise according to market conditions and make the best use of it, it could be from ico, ieo, staking coins, buying coins that are predicted to rise by then.
and whatever it is that can provide profit in a short, medium time.
Very beautifully described, but in fact it usually happens that in the short term people lose money ... It's all going up now and you can buy anything, but everything can fall just as fast... That's why large sums are better used for long-term investments!  |

I would not buy such an expensive car as a Ferrari. Would have bought it much cheaper. The rest of the money would be distributed to business and investments. I would invest not only in bitcoin, but also in another promising cryptocurrency. That's true because maintaining your portfolio as an investor is the mot important aspect. I would also invest into multiple crypto currencies, invest some into my local business here and then remaining amount would be deposited into banks for any urgent needs. Buying a car and spending into flashy needs would be last on the list for me. Investing millions into Bitcoins all is not a bad idea but it is worth for people who are multi millionaires rather than someone who just got 1 million. Nevertheless some exciting replies in this thread and some really funny ones about this hypothetical assumption of getting million dollars. |

I will try to buy crypto for long time investment and I will hold it until I get about 50x profit. But I am not sure which crypto I would buy if I had such type of fund. But I think I would buy litecoin with the maximum portion of fund. |

This topic was created on December 14th when the bitcoin price was 19,000 usd, just imagine if it was me who had millions of dollars and I would definitely buy bitcoin. By now I am definitely making big profits, maybe I will think about buying Ferrari.

yes but you can avoid it if you know or have enough experience and not everyone can trade in the short term or make quick profits, experience takes and also I say it depends on market conditions so the rest if it is not possible to trade or get profit in the short term I can allocate it for the long term  Many people are making profits in short term but short term is for the experts only according to me. But long term investment is better than a short term. For long term any top crypto is able to make us profitable. |

Anyway, I only realized my own abilities so I felt I didn't have to spend a lot of money just on one item, because it would be wise to invest to survive. Investing here is not just investing in bitcoin because there are many places for us to invest in although indeed, when you choose to spend a lot of money on a high-class car basically it can be an asset too. So, yes, it all depends on how we are going to treat it and being aware of our own lifestyle, maybe it will make you choose wiser choices.

Guys, after reading some of your comments I have realized that we have moved away from vanity by discovering bitcoin. Now it interests us as a first instance and how to generate more productive profits with the digital asset that is revolutionizing the way of handling money.
I think that we contribute more economically and socially if we buy bitcoin and any altcoins because possibly that with that investment we could generate profits to buy 2 Ferraris.

Your posting time is exactly the Pumping days of Bitcoin , so there are no one who answers about buying a ferrari because of the timing. They choose to Buy Bitcoin or other altcoins than the luxurious car like ferarri. Because in the time comes like now? the Bitcoin had increased more than x3 of the price from December 12 as you posted this , then we can buy more than 1 ferarri of we choose Crypto or bitcoin specifically . |

Well that true you don't to put all eggs in one box you need to put them into different or more boxex bitcoin is too volatile while properties there's are big chance that the property will become higher depends on the local lands if the communities are higher then it has possibilities that the property will become higher the more people the higher the economy. While in bitcoin you can't assured your profit but in properties you already save it for the future. |

I don't know what I will do with my millions of dollars, however, I'll surely purchase bitcoin with half of my cash.
Its decline the supply and increment the bitcoins value. Right now Ethereum and bitcoins are the top monetary standards I will pick them.
Likewise, I will put my money on the other speculation stage too like Stock or real estate.

I will invest everything to bitcoin because the economy of the country is not too stable for someone to invest huge amount of millions of dollars and expect something good from the investment. Since other businesses, there are many scammers who art as if they are really business man or woman can scam the millions dollars alway from you. But in bitcoin investment, it hard for you to invest into the hands of the scammers because they are easy to identify in the areas of investment. |

You know what it is, Rich people are the ones that actually know that more tthat half their financial assets should be in some form of investment so with that kind of cash definitely spending more than half in crypto with bitcoin BTC taking the larger portion of my investments cos after that, I can afford more than just one Ferrari |

If I have this much amount of money I will definitely invest in Bitcoin for long term and wait for another year or two. I will also invest some of my amount in other alts just to increase my investment portfolio. By doing this you will have a higher chances of earning profit than single investment option. I will invest in some offline business as well, just in case... |

I agree, diversification is the key to grow our portfolios and stay rich in the future. Splitting money between crypto currencies, other financial asset and real world investments is a good approach. As long as the business is profitable and will keep making money in the future. But there are also a lot of risks involved with owning a business, especially in difficult times like we have right now with the global pandemic. A lockdown for half a year could ruin any potential business. |

Buying Bitcoin is good rather to buy a Ferrari. If we buy Bitcoins and start trading in it then we can easily made 1 million to 100 million. But Ferrari is just a car it cannot give you money. Or cannot provide you money making opportunities. So, invest your money at a good place so you can multiply your investment. It is my opinion. But choice is yours.
