Did you mean you need to claim back your lost funds?

The recovery won't happen dude and since no personal information was given there is no use to do a KYC verification. Everyone can claim to be a particular user of the site. Saying that they have lost their password or whatever excuse they have.
Beside the NZ justice, I believe most of the coin have been sent to the Federal Security Service in Russia
Vinnik received a five-year prison and that's the end, it won't go the way MtGox is going...

Wex has nothing to do with wexcoin but you can only figure about it if you know what he's talking about

I don't know how much you lost in the exchange but I would advise you to plan on moving on. Recovering you lost money or being able to bring back the exchange is going to be close to impossible. So don't expect things to ever come back to normal again
