Finally I found out how to withdraw BTC.
Well my opinion is that exchange works well. But unfortunetlly its hard to use for new people, you got to spend some time to find option u looking for.
Anyway +1.

SwapHole.com is maintained by a registered company based in Austria, Central Europe. You can look it up at the "Contact" page, do a little bit research and you'll find some stuff about the company. You can rely on this information because it's fraud if we'd publish something wrong. Austrian law is very strict and has high penalties on scam, also a very good jurisdiction in terms of customers' rights. |

What happened to the HEX market? I just deposited some coin on 5/8/2014 and now the HEX market is not in your list....and more importantly where are my coins? How can I get them back?

It seems the service has not been closed as I can still open the site https://www.swaphole.comJust trading is not active there. This exchange is not bad but don't know why the exchange owner doesn't spend some efforts to promote it. |

Therefore we are not developing new features or updating to new coins. Behind the scenes we are working hard on something big - but the decision to go through is not up to us... The API has been deactivated because it was not really being used. If you have requests please use the support mail address ( support@swaphole.com) because we don't check the forums regularly . |
