The bull might slowly fading away and not just XRP but the whole market if you can see it. This is not just about the holidays, maybe a lot are taking profit now and learned the lesson since 2017’s bull run so we cannot blame them for that. XRP is a pump and dump coin, be careful on trading with this coin because it is being controlled by someone.

According to news XRP will be facing a lawsuit. We can't deny that it has big effect, but people say that it will recover since XRP have faced similar issues before. Ripple has faced a big problem with SEC and this will be a very big battle between ripple against the US SEC. That was also driving the price of ripple to go down so hard. Even bitcoin and ethereum have recoevered from its dump and ripple was still facing another bearish trend. This could be a big dump for ripple that will drive everyone to cash our their money from ripple

I was expecting a correction during the holidays but things are different this time around and XRP had a good rally and with bitcoin moving higher and showing no signs of slowing down we should expect the alts to go down as people will be booking their profits and investing back to bitcoin and it is prime to reach a much bigger valuation in the next one year.

It's not. People are starting to cashing out their money from ripple. They have no reason to hodl ripple anymore. The case with SEC has been decreasing the trust from the investors with ripple. it looks like this gonna be a disaster for ripple dude. I hope that people can realize about what kind of coin that they have been investing on it. This is a security coin. The time for the legal battle for ripple will come soon.

I'm not sure this problem can be solved quickly and give a bad effect to ripple price in the short term, there will be many processes to face this problem, more than that the CEO of Ripple intends to move the company to another place. But let we see, the market always gives surprises moreover Ripple is a centralized coin where they can manipulate the price well.

This is will be the same as KIN. Ripple will need a lot of time and funds to be used to fight SEC. This is not an easy task. If ripple will be losing in the battle against SEC and then it will have no future.

Still a speculation but if they win the case or pay that amount charged by the SEC I think it will still remain but still I doubt if ever the team will not dump on buyers again. Better safe than sorry I think it's really good to just stay away from them now as the sentiments aren't favoring on the XRP token.
