Wanted to loosen up a bit today and talk to you about movies
I was going through our blog the other day and found an old but still interesting article.
Here it is: TOP 5 James Bond gambling scenes.

I am a big movie fan and I especially like Bond movies, I found it pretty cool to share with you too.

My favourite casino scene is definitely playing poker in Casino Royal. Daniel Craig is an awesome bond actor. It's such a shame that the latest film wasn't released this year. Can't wait to finally see it.

I watched all of classic James Bond movies when Sean Connery passed away. R.I.P.

It seems the world was in a better and healthier place when these movies were made. They have a good energy, authenticity and cleverness to them.

My favorite gambling scene was Goldfinger. The scene where the villain has a woman with binoculars reading his opponent's cards for a hustle. That was much more clever and original a scene than most of what I see in films today.

2nd favorite gambling scene: On Her Majesty's Secret Service. James Bond covers a woman's gambling debts. She has sex with him as repayment(?). She returns the money he loaned her. Then later James Bond returns the money her father pays him to marry her. There's a cool symmetry to it.

Casino Royale is going to be the only movies watched by most on that list because we can consider only it as a modern-day movie all others are mid and late 19th century movies. Well, there are a lot of gambling-related movies out there apart from the James bond collection the one I loved the most is from the Hangover which is actually a comedy genre movie that has gambling part in it when the gang reaches vegas.

Same here, basing on the list i do only able to watch Casino royale and the others we're out of my interest yet im not really that too old. lol

That was much more clever and original a scene than most of what I see in films today.

better than as of todays.

Casino royale was the only movie i know since most of the movies wad created even before my birth so I really don’t think I can find those movies. Anyway, gambling movies are really interesting especially if you’re a gambler, you might get some good information about those movies and most of them really tells the reality.

I’d heard a good reviews about Dr No but I still didn’t watch it since its an old movie and I can’t find any site to watch it. Anyway, I’m a big fan of James Bond and the Casino Royales was also great seeing how the gambling works and how how he played the game, I wish to see more interesting gambling movies and shares the current situation of the casinos and gambling itself.

I think most of us here have watched the latest movie of James Bond with gambling scene was the Casino Royale, this movie really centered gambling as the main story as the title itself says, and honestly this has been my favorite movie of all James bond movies.

Well, there is movie I liked the most that was all about Gambling. If I remember it correctly, --the title of the movie was a CASINO.
It was about a professional casino player that has been hired by the oligarch to run theirs. The guy has a lot of ways to win at the casino and he knows all the tricks and hacks about the game. That’s why the Oligarchies decided to hire him as the CEO so he can trace each and every hacker within their establishment. Then later, his reign went down when he met the love of his life who betrayed her and he then turned to a banker after all the things happened. Indeed, if we talk James Bond in a gambling movie I remember casino royale.

The only casino scene from James Bond that I am familiar with is the Casino Royale, didn't expect that his opponent was not the villain at all. I love the scene there were Bond seems to know that he will win against Le Chiffre which in turn resulted to him making a mistake.

Same here! In fact, Casino Royale was the first ever James Bond I saw (big fan of Daniel Craig). The poker scenes were interesting.

One other casino related movie I like (besides Oceans 11) is "21". A movie about counting cards in blackjack, starring Kevin Spacey.

Ooh, the classic 21 that really focused on blackjack game, I also liked that. But I would also like to suggest the opposites. James Bond movies were infact good yet it wasn't really about gambling nor highlights important sides of gambling, its plot revolves on pure action. Hence, why not try watching The Gambler^[1]? Far from the action genre, The Gambler depicts gambling addiction, which is preferable for newbies to watch, as a warning on what would lead you when you would be addicted to gambling. (I'm still fan of Casino Royale tho, Daniel Craig remains the best James Bond actor)

you may be too young for that movie but if your atleast 18 of age you can watch any adult movies that has a violence  content in it . im not familiar of this movie if its really has a violence in it but most james bond movie has a gun on them so mabe there is ? but i found a link for you https://seehd.nl/search/?s=dr+no .

Well I think the film can do whatever you want because it is a setting made to make the audience interested because actually when you want to try something the same as what Daniel Craig did it seems impossible.

Yes, obviously everything is just a setting to attract the audience and all that is played is a role and a story that is not necessarily in him, including Daniel Craig.
and the film that I really like in the Casino Royale story where James Bond is sent to the French casino Royale-les-Eaux and his mission is to bankrupt a ruthless Russian agent who has given bad luck to many people at the gambling table.
and almost all the james bond films i love it.

Probably the best gambling casino I have seen, it's a three-part movie made in the '90s, the movie is full of deception and there's a lot of twist to the movie, in one of the movies Chow Yun Fat got amnesia but his gambling skills is always there and he was exploited by those who adopt him, I encourage all those who are into casinos to watch this movie, it's action-packed movie.

It also caters the skills of Hongkong cinema of the '90s, it is also a comedy so you can be sure that the actions are not monotone because you will be laughing at some scenes. Chow Yun Fat is some of the greatest Hongkong actors in my opinion, together with Martial Arts Movies and Comedy Films from Hongkong which is much better than any Hollywood movie to be honest.

As an user mentioned, it is all about the tricks that interest the scenes than just gambling. James Bond is well associated with the secret agent kidnapping and rescue. Most of the time these movies have a hidden message associated with politics prevailing within countries.

I haven't watched any the five movies that was mentioned but I did look up each scene after reading the blog and it was a treat to watch them all. The scene that I enjoyed the most was probably the backgammon one seeing the guards get mad in the end of their session was very relatable. Thanks for sharing these gambling scenes, after all those clips I feel like watching the entire thing since I rarely watch gambling movies.

I like watching movies as well. I've watched this good movie, however this is a Korean movie, titled "Tazza: The Hidden Card". I find the scenes thrilling and how players have their own tricks when playing cards. I like watching movies about professional gambling, where I can see different tricks and might be some tips I cna use qhen I gamble.

Basically, at the end you will be sanction as a cheater that's-all. Most of these movies are my favorite, these actors always have one trick for the game to win opponents, which sometime the tricks aren't real type and won't be acceptable in a real world. The only thing am pleasurable at when i watch these movies is their expressions when they win or loss and the fight eruption between the groups involved in the gamble.
