Honestly you seem a bit obsessed with this casino, I don't quite understand why.

- Are you going to say the same when I stood up in favour of Best_change? TMAN left them negative and some other users were also justifying their service and not escrowing the signature campaign fund as shady without any solid reason.

- Are you going to say the same when I stood up against sportsbet.io for a user called (Neymar12 or 13) and eventually we had a board of few trusted users to resolve the case.

- Are you going to say the same when I had a stand against Bitcasino.io for a user who won big but later it was found that he cheated the system and the user admitted it himself. Karl had a very good explanation of what was going on, and it was satisfactory.

There are many cases where I stood up against wrong doings which I believed wrong. Are you going to say that I was obsessed?

I still regret that I should not go so hard against sportsbet.io, I said it publicly that Steve and I had a good relationship, but I believe after that case it disappeared. This community comes first for me. Not any business, not any service or anything else.

Anyway, I will take your words, and maybe it looks like that I am obsessed with this casino but believe me I always try to escape these kinds of topics, but they do not leave me alone (Sorry Steamtyme and another user - no hurt feeling in fact, I appreciate and I belive it was the right thing for you to ask my input).

Steamtyme first messaged me to look at this case, it was a few weeks ago as you can see. This was the first time when I got involved with akinsbet case.

Shall I tell a truth to all? I saw this topic even when the day it was posted (I have notification active for scam accusation board along with many other boards), but I did not make a comment, I pretended that I did not see it. Of course no one can blame me not to comment in a post.

Do you know the reason? I did not even bother to look at the case details because a few weeks prior I was given a small free bet from adkinsbet to try their system and I in fact doubled it and withdraw that money, so I had a good impression for two reasons.
1. Someone gave me something which I did not expect. A kind gesture and in return I was kind too.
2. There were no problem of withdrawing money. So, my personal experience was good although the money was around only 0.002 BTC.

Do you see why I wanted to avoid the case, do you see how kind I was when I was asked to give a look in the case? When I was asked to look at the case I just can not pretend then any more, can I? Besides, after I was being asked when I looked at the case carefully I realized OP of that topic has a case and he deservs what he was asking.

After resolving that case there were a few more cases and all gone fairly okay if I can remember (Sorry, I do not have the energy to look at all the cases now and give a detail about each of them). But one thing was noticeable that a group of users are always protecting adkinsbet. They start threatening any user who tells anything against adkinsbet. Do you see that? Do you see how you are blessed with merits from gadado (3), MI6 (2) in the post you made, do you see since I left a negative to adkinsbet trust page how users are returning favour in my trust wall? Do you see some of them even threatening me?

Are you seeing the same group of people also attacking actmyname, Steamtyme and others? They are trying to toss up anything in the dark. No one is getting away from them - sometimes they're accusing someone to be the shill for sportsbet.io or betnomi or forthunejack. What will be your explanation in all these? Take note that nothing from them is bothering me much, and I am pretty sure others have the same feeling. Those trolls are trying their best to fulfil their signature cap and if anything they have received from adkinsbet (I may wrong in there by the way).

I wanted to forget and wanted to avoid adkinsbet again. But another user (as reputed as Steamtyme) directed me to this topic.

Do you think I was supposed to stay clam and silent even after knowing what is going on with one of the user I know and the same reason I discovered in this accusation too? I took the step that I needed to take to serve the community in my good faith.

True but at-least after all these years some of us developed a sense to realize which one is genuine and which one is fake. I am not saying that we do not make mistakes. Even after all experiences, we make mistakes like it happened in the case of bitcasino. That user had all of us believing in his case but that's an exception of course.

The actual problem to the forum isn't casino shills -- they've been here for as long as I have. It's the persistent, baseless attacks on casinos by scum who solely exist to exploit defects in the casino. When they get caught, they write up a scam accusation here, and you tend to give them the benefit of the doubt more often than not. Why?

Are you going to deny the evidences presented against adkinsbet but going to accept the words adkinsbet is saying without giving any fact?
I can not speak for others, but I will first look at the evidences, proofs before seeing a user's status whether they are newbie or established account or a casino with a billion dollar yearly turnover.

There's some conspiracy about Royse777 match-fixing with the realscout account because they knew one another, etc.

It's just your typical blanket statement without evidence that users will sling out as rhetoric to persuade idiots or themselves of their points. Originally, I was open to the idea of egregious signature spammers who constantly repeat the same algorithmic, "ToS violation, you bad," argument since they don't like to read anything more than the title or a few sentences. There's still a possibility that some of the users tied into the whole problem are false positives, but the reality is that a lot of these have been marked with "hacked account" or having changed hands in some way and the accounts have recently gained a lot of activity in these very niche topics.

I agree with all of the above accounts being GP or atleast casino shills which is shady from the casino's side itself and what makes accusations in the OP falling in line. All the above mentioned account have there password changed in 2020, some of them even wearing signatures from the inactive campaigns, but recently shilling for some common casino's.

This is just an idiotic statement. There's nothing wrong with shilling? Just because others are doing it, it justifies other entities to do it? dkinsbet.com are a bitcoin featured gambling site and their customer base is bitcointalk.org which is the largest ctypto community forum in the internet. Bitcointalk.org is the community where the true bitcoin enthusiasts hangs up. Any bitcoin payment accepted business launch their business in this community before anywhere else.

dkinsbet.com launched their business and started marketing the business on the forum from the beginning of their business (ref: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5290408.0). They have sent free bets to some of the highly reputed members (high ranked members who have good influence in the community) in the forum including me to try out their system. All went good and they started with a very positive impression in the community.

But it has been believed that this was a part of plan for them. It's also create questions why some of the users are desperately backing them and attacking anyone who comes up with questions against adkinsbet. These group of users have no value in the community. It seems these accounts are trolling users to defend the sportbook (dkinsbet.com). I hope you do not get mislead by reading their responses in the scam accusation topics that were created against adkinsbet lately. Possibly they are hired by adkinsbet to do such activities. So please do not get mislead by their posts when you do your investigation.

There are many scam accusations against adklinsbet on the forum and some of them are proven with evidences that they indeed scammed these users and still not paying any of them. It has been proven 100% that adkinsbet does not have any intention to pay big wins. They like to make claims like:
- User posted negative statements about us (adkinsbet) so we will not pay them
- Use used VPN so we will not pay them where they give permission to users to use VPN when they ask
- The site has error and the wrong player was shown to win the match but in reality they have changed the selection of the bet not to pay the big win of the client.
- Claim user to have multi account
- ~snipped private information~ so that they do not talk much about the money adkinsbet did not pay them.

They also change their terms without knowing their clients and sometimes these changes are with the pure intention of winning the scam accusations against them.

I think you need an investigation team who will understand what has happened in the community and how they got caught in scamming. These are some topics for you to read A-Z which will help you to understand the case better. Please investigate the following cases of adkinsbet scammed their clients:

If you sum up the total amount scammed by adkinsget only from the above four reference accusations then you will realize it's a lot of money already (0.041550 BTC + 0.3770392 BTC+ 0.196 BTC + 0.555 BTC = 1.1695892 BTC. In today's Bitcoin price it's $39,260).

Some facts about adkinsbet on the forum:

I have no idea what is your policy of removing a domain but I hope you will spend some time and investigate the cases against adkinsbet and take necessary action so that they can not scam anymore people with their proven scam site.

I have doubt too but at-least it's a try worth taking. In case if that works. I already received a response (possibly automated) from them and assured that they will investigate the matter however they may not update me with the progress.

I have done what I could but if anyone wants to support this ticket then I would like to give them the ticket ID so that they can use it for reference. Maybe this way Namecheap will find it as a serious case.

I would suggest adkinsbet victims (especially polasaz, nikica99, realscout and oz.kashi) to file a complaint using the link above. You can also use the Ticket ID that I submitted as a reference in the description that a complaint has been filed to the domain service provider too.

1. Report the domain to Namecheap. Maybe you can use my Ticket ID as supporting reference.

I think it's time for me to move on from adkinsbet accusations. I have done my best that I could do. Starting from tagging them, supporting flag to making official complaint and suggesting what to do to make official the complaints against them.

Sorry for the victimes of adkinsbet. Consider the experience as payment for the lesson you learnt.
