Ripple is going through a very difficult time. Investing in Ripple right now is like gambling. Ripple is also an unstable coin in normal times.

I've been hearing humor that SEC filing a lawsuit against Ripple is a plot to let the price crash to it's lowest. The recent news about SEC and Ripple had a huge impact to XRP and it even lead for some trading sites to delist XRP to avoid getting involved with XRP's law suit. It will be difficult for XRP to recover due to this news, I am wondering what will happen to XRP once they are found guilty of what they are accused of.

If they found guilty this will be the end of XRP unless they will appeal to higher court but to recover easily is not easy if they found out they violate the law then 100% crashed will happen and it will really hard for them to rise again like many other altcoins who sued by SEC.

Yes, but in the past few days including yesterday, Ripple has experienced good price improvements, although at this point it has experienced a decline again, so it looks very unstable in all markets, and even so Ripple is still in a good category even though the price is often unstable under normal circumstances.

So expect that more big and reputable exchanges to follow suit and delist XRP, I think there is a pressure from US because of the SEC lawsuit against XRP. So this is going to be bloody and messy for XRP and it's holder if this news become reality in the next couple of days.

XRP definitely rekt in US and most of the exchanges that are US based probably gonna delist it very soon or they did that already.
Not to mention the chain reaction which is another neighbouring country following US to ban XRP if that's really gonna happen. Most of major exchange already have their stance in this case.

At first I thought XRP crashed because the Spark airdrop event ended, then many holders sold XRP for taking profit.

There is no need to be sad if you have been in crypto for a long time, because you also have a lot of experience in crypto, so just adjust it at what price you exchange XRP at that time, and see the current price, if it already exists. fortunately, then let go of it despite the small benefits.

Altcoins are still far from their all time high, same thing with XRP so I feel your pain on this one and right now, another problem occurs and XRP might not be able to resist this anymore, or of course they can settle this one for the benefit of their own technology and of course with the investors. The real reason here is the case filed by SEC against XRP, and this will be a long way of fighting to prove their innocence, keep holding if you can.

This is one of the difficult thing to own altcoins. You may not know when the whales played along with small time investors. Those who had been investing in XRP while its market is at .60$ would now stuck at it waiting when will be the next time to get that market price again or will it happen again. XRP price is experiencing a huge dumped because the securities regulators accused Ripple of issuing worth billions of dollars in unregistered tokens, that is why most exchanges have delisted and fully suspend trading in XRP. It is also why many people who holds XRP are currently having problems facing their huge losses.

The reason is because the SEC sues the XRP and the exchange website that will going to remove or disable the trading of the XRP. Well I'm not really sure where would the XRP is going looks like from $0.7 or $0.8 to $0.2 that's really a huge crash for XRP.

It is a fact that SEC has fined them and we saw a momentarily correction and i thought that was the end of the centralized Ripple but the price keeps on rising which is crazy on subsequent days and that too when most of the exchanges are planning to remove them from their exchanges on fears of getting punished by the SEC for allowing or facilitating them and Coinbase announced that they are removing it.

Yes, it has recovered but not a lot. But once those exchanges have said they'll stop trading XRP, we will see a huge impact on it.

Retail investors were involved in the Scam and were deceived. XRP is an unregistered security that Ripple trades it illegally. It turns out that the organizers deliberately received more than $1.3 billion in funding from investors, knowing that in fact they are scammers.

Are you a employee of the SEC  . Firstly XRP is seen as a crytocurrency in every other country it trades in , including the UK. It is only in the US where they are having this issue, where it is being claimed XRP is a security. They have not broken any laws in those countries and continue to operate. Ripple/XRP could have settled this lawsuit out of court , but chose NOT to. They feel they will win and when they do the price will moon.
