We cannot sure about what is fake and legit project after the few months we will see that , they have some project that you can recognized in the first place that is scam but most of them now are smart to hide their true colors or true purpose of building that. There will never be a rule for that and anyone can be the manager and manage the campaign, don't just rely on other people to choose the bounty but do your research independently

I can understand the anger that arise when you think of the forum. It is the place where each and everything related to bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies came into existence. In the meantime the project owners/responsible people started to depend on the exchanges for all the needs. You know if we don't want to be scammed by new ICO/IEO whether it is defi project or not , we should learn to research everything first just to make sure they are transparent and they do not have some history before, in terms of defi projects , most of them are being owned and handled by anonymous people, in that case we should be more careful and we need to attend AMA if they have it, because sometimes some of our doubts are being asked there, and only projects that are willing to pay more for marketing can be a profitable investment soon.

I think no one can find who is real or who is fake. Scam are everywhere even in our physical life so it will not stop. Its your responsibility to make sure that you are not being scammed by know about the project and search everything about it

Regulation for decentralization is quite difficult. Therefore every investor as well as members of the community must conduct research before engaging in or investing in a project. yes maybe this is indeed a basic investing skill, but in a crypto world where everything is decentralized, research is prioritized and recommended

I don't think the copper ranking encouraged scammers cause scammers are everywhere not just here in this forum, they on every social media platforms  especially Telegram, and there's no absolutely no way we can stop them cause they keep evolving and creating new ways to move money from their victims pocket to theirs, we can prevent this scams from happening by do a good research before investing in any altcoin project.

In my opinion, it is difficult to stop scammers because the scammers are constantly looking for ways to attract other people to invest in their coins, therefore we should be able to avoid scam projects by stopping to promote their Scam projects.

Doing a proper research will also help to avoid falling into the hands of this wicked scammers.
