Hello im your user, as i complained  many users playing with multiple accounts

1. I complained  and im waiting  for action against  multiple accounts.

 basically now you understand   support  only take action when we said im going for bitcointalk  otherwise nope  and this conversation is approximately  20 days ago and they said they take action  and suspended his/her account  now  check  this screenshot   https://prntscr.com/101jyoj ( today screenshot) 
So it's  clear support  didn't take action against this as  already  they mentioned    in T&C  but support also don't know  own T&C 
So it's  clear support  surve to user with like this as you saw in 2.A screenshot

We did take action against the user and let them continue playing on one account. The other account bd009 is different than last time and thus has been able to play. The users appear to be in different locations or use a VPN so although it seems clear they are the same user, it's not something that can be automatically detected.

We have now taken action against that user also and other similar accounts.

   now?  So it means you are  ignoring user complains  and when i complained  here then you are said we have now take action  and yes  i want to say  your supporter don't know own T&C   sounds  ridiculous  in your t&c you are said  only  1 account  per household and read  2.B. conversation   they said splitting  wager to 2 accounts

Anyway  finally  you are waking so now i don't have any complain regarding this

We took action when you complained last time. The other account was different than this time. Last time it was bd00 and bd010 and we let bd00 continue as we told them to just use that account. Now they (presumably) used bd009 account this time. Different account.

Some people said Snatch didn't work correctly for them. This may be due to browser or device not displaying WebGL content correctly and the possible fix could be disabling AdBlock or some other extension that might be blocking it.

My fix is to do 2 steps (Chrome):
- Enable hardware accelator for the graphic.
- Go to chrome://flags/ and look for something say WebGL enable it.

I can't repeat it enough, but integrating more cryptos I think would ensure wider acceptance from potential customers.

@BoXXoB I had tested the game on IPad and then on my Android phone, and on both devices the game was loading very well, and I must also add that it’s very addictive. @SiNeReiNZzz I’m sure that they’ll consider your request, but till it’s approved there’re 3 other alt coins already available on their site you can continue playing with them.

Well they dont have that much different currencies but they got the most well known coins. Maybe as you said Tron is missing.

Too many coins isnt needed in my opinion. I know examples of casinos with 30 coins and there you keep scrolling to the coin you want. Better they implement Coinswitch then you can Deposit with almost every known altcoin.

They'll hear you from that suggestion and might consider it but will take time for them.

@Samo Dobri did you contact them via intercom on their website, because that’s the quickest way to get a reply from them. Also Bitdice seems totally changed new design, so many news games, etc so just get in touch with them using intercom and I’m sure they’ll solve this for you.

That issue was fixed as soon as we could. It was because of problems with the withdraw system and had nothing to do with cryptocurrency prices.

Is there any issues with bitdice. One of the old gambling platform without regular updates on the announcement thread. After February last the thread has come active by March 20th and now once again after long break the thread is active by 16th April.

I was notified about a newly introduced welcome (deposit) bonus for BitDice Users, which is pretty cool. It`s a 100% up to 1 BTC deposit bonus, which is obviously massive and the bonus can also taken advantage of with other currencies deposited. There is an additional 100% reload bonus.

Everything cool so far and definitely a nice incentive. I visited the site (I need to revisit and update my review ASAP  ) to learn more about the bonus terms and these are a bit confusing imo. I get most of it but I am not sure if I get it all right. I guess it is just me and eventually, this is a "typical" deposit bonus with the matched bonus funds being available for play right after making the qualifying deposit??

Edit: After re-reading it, I think I may have been confused for no reason, the "bonus wallet" could be the reason.

@efialtis these are the basic terms and I see nothing here that’s difficult to understand, so specifically which point do you need an explanation for?. Also if you got their mail doesn’t that mean you already have a account there, and if you read it’s only available for new player’s.
