The site looks pretty good, the UI and the theme color looks so good as well. I think the level changes are actually a slight nerf, at least at the high end. It used to be that wagering $50 million USD would bring you to level 15, which had the 0.1% lossback and 0.05% betback. Now you need to wager $58.6 million USD for the same result.

This is a big change especially on the design of the site and its good that you also have now the daily and weekly competitions which can attract many gamblers. I didn't say that something is wrong, dices have poor options for auto betting, you should add some for more "expert set-ups", statistic is way too simple (but at least now it's working for all multipliers), except profit/loss there's no additional info about sessions (wagered amount, the highest win/loss, max win/loss streak...). And it's not like you need all that, or that's wrong to not have that options....this is just my personal opinion and taste about dice game!
As I said BitAce is an interesting game, it's about poker and I love poker! I don't see all cards for all odds (like on the picture), except that the game runs fine! Maybe there can be statistic window for that game too, but again it's just my point of view!

This is a lot of changes for the newer version. It's a worthwhile wait for this and for those that still can't move on and keeps on picking the unusual things that bitdice does, I don't know if they still have something to say on this update.

Okay, good )) I just thought that including "Exclusive" games under casino's section would be a better choice and easier to find from header menu. Btw since you are going to implement more and more amazing features, is bitdice going to update their financial analysis on a medium channel? I think it will be very interesting if we have the analysis after the end of 2021 to see how things have changed from 2019-2020 to 2021 (I took 2021 since you plan to implement new features and you already redesigned the whole website).

@dogedice.me these are nice developments I’m excited to see the Snatch game, also it’s nice to see 40k tickets were claimed, but if more people participated then the pool could grow bigger, and it would be more fun to claim those tickets. To be honest i am a frequent player since last version and just came back after a year of break and I don't see any improvement on the site usability, few comments:

- Regardless of version 1.0 or 5.0 the same issue persist especially when you are using VPN where IP might alway be changed (regular or blockchain based one): no clear message on why the login failed the same stupid message appear "we can't find your account information" while it should say invalid username / invalid password please be specific on what error should the user need to correct it instead of being too generic and keep blocking the IP after one or two tries because of partly your fault (not providing exact error to have the user correct it), you might be saying it's a security feature/DDos protection etc... but i can say it's stupid mechanism please develop something smart (I never have any issue with other sites on the log in thing).
- This "You are authorizing with unknown device. Check your email for further instructions" never come.

- The same slow performance issue playing with web browsers you can play few rolls but can never trust it to leave it in auto roll mode (don't ask me to do the same thing regarding to cache/browser etc.../ i work in IT)

- The same behavior using API betting in which it will slow down after time to time and your team have to reboot the server to get better performance and it can last for a short time before the same thing repeat, i don't know what you have been done to make it 1.0 become 5.0 beside typing the version number.
  
- The same chest bug since last year, i think they i've changed the text from BDpoint to Crystal...but the stupid code behind might intact. That's why the same behavior appear in both old and new version.

It might not be a good idea to give specific information about incorrect logins. That leaves it possible for malicious users to find if a person has an account by trying to login with their email address. If you can't remember credentials, use a password manager.

Regarding performance, you may very well be right and I'll ask that it gets investigated again.

EDIT: I personally don't experience any issues with autobet and it hasn't stopped suddenly for me so any details about what happens there would be helpful.

Also, I tried autobetting overnight with the dicebot on the site and there didn't seem to be any issues at all. It ran for 10 hours+. I will try to find out why doc autobet might keep stopping (maybe there's been server restart or maybe their internet disconnected and the bot wasn't able to reconnect and continue). Perhaps there's something that can be improved to avoid bot stopping completely in the future.

We took action when you complained last time. The other account was different than this time. Last time it was bd00 and bd010 and we let bd00 continue as we told them to just use that account. Now they (presumably) used bd009 account this time. Different account.

That issue was fixed as soon as we could. It was because of problems with the withdraw system and had nothing to do with cryptocurrency prices.

We were told that quarterly reports and dividend sharing would resume once the new site was rolled out. But since then, we have not been able to get any information from the team about this.

I’m not a token owner but as far as I know they had said that all discussions will be communicated in the discord group, so if you’ll are there what is the management saying to you’ll?. Also if Bitdice wanted to scam investors why would they build such a brilliant site now, hence I don’t think that they’ll scam investors (just my personal opinion).

You're right, the Discord channel was created so that there could be discussions between management and tokenholders.
Unfortunately that communication is pretty much one way. Boxxob who works as customer service agent has been passing on our concerns to management but management has pretty much been ignoring our questions on financials.
Up until the end of 2019, we were getting quarterly reports updating us on development news and on financials and when there were profits to be shared, they were distributed.
Then the reports stopped.

On 31st May 2020 Alan (management) posted the following in Discord.

"Hello,

First of all, I would like to heartfully apologize on the behalf of the BitDice team for unexpected launch delays, caused by multiple factors, with COVID-19 being just one of those.

Please rest assured the team is there, working hard on the successful deployment of the next version of BitDice website for it to maintain the highest standards.

Regarding the quarterly report - there will be a combined one for Q1 and Q2, posted on Medium as soon as we launch Bitdice 5.0"

On 1st June 2020 Alan posted the following

"I sincerely hope this will be the only exclusion where our "traditional" quarterly report on Medium will be combined for Q1 and Q2.

As for the delay in keeping you posted regarding what's going on with the product development - the sole reason for this hitch was our desire to make sure everything is back on track despite several obstacles we had encountered during the last couple of months.

Nevertheless, that is not an excuse for keeping you in the dark. With that being said, I once again extend our apologies for this gap in our communication. Moreover, we are indeed inspired by the support which we see in the responses to the mini-report, provided today.

Please feel free to ask questions regarding the new website revamp and the roadmap in general, and I will do my best to provide you with answers."

Alan responded a couple more times in June, he came back in August with some more website development updates, but nothing on Financials.
He returned in October with a bit more on development, but again nothing on Financials.
He returned in November with a bit more on development, but again nothing on Financials.
Finally, he returned in February with a bit more on development and the launch, but again nothing on Financials.
 
So, we've had management come and tell us about the website development and we can see that is happening, that's great, it's why we invested.

The other reason why we've invested is for the profit sharing token and Bitdice refuses to tell us anything about Financials and just ignores the questions about it.

Now, it could well be that there's been no profit to share as all money has been going into development, although that does make you wonder what the capital raise was for. But they haven't told us whether there has been profit or not

All, we want is some transparency and communication over the financials and the profit sharing tokens, the new Bitdice 5.0 has launched and there are no signs of official reports being started again.

We are being very obviosuly ignored on that point, which is why it's led to tokenholders saying this in public, instead of hidden away on a discord channel.

This, is why, I, at least, am feeling like Bitdice could be screwing the tokenholders over.

Reading all of the complaints, i can say bitdice didn't too active to make report for all their ICO investor. They even aren't much active anymore on this forum, especially when they ended their signature campaign. Not a good sign for running ICO but abandon their investors

Bitcointalk hasn’t been relevant in years.  My account says “Newbie” because I haven’t commented much, but it’s a few years old.  There are 3000 CSNO wallets.  Do you think all 3000 of them are both members of this forum, AND managed to find this obscure chat?

Fact is, there have been no dividends, and no financial reports since 2019.  Fact is, the coin isn’t even traded anywhere anymore, because management gives no fucks about providing a liquid market.  All they’ve done is said they’d buy back the tokens at half the ICO price (calculated in USD paid as 150 Satoshi each.)

So your thesis is, a half a dozen people, speaking on behalf of 3000 CSNO holders, have told you quite clearly that Bitdice management has stolen $8-10 million dollars from us, and you think it’s fine to continue trusting them with your gambling money?

It's currently not possible to check it without attempting to bet a high amount or alternatively trying to bet a high multiplier like x990000 with a decently high bet amount so that the potential win is very high.

You've clearly never tried to withdraw large amounts. I've had withdraws of around 0.5 BTC - 1 BTC that were definitely not instant because BitDice needs to process them from the cold wallet. You can speed up the process a little bit by bugging them in live chat, but it's definitely not instant for whales (at least for BTC; not sure how large the hot wallet is for altcoins).

I've experienced the same the same thing before and yes, it would really take time to complete the transaction but they could really fix it on or before the given time. The advantage of the casino should be that the support works well and is able to quickly solve such situations and problems. I believe the casino has closed down in a not-so-nice way because they said on Twitter they taking a break from social media but also people were let down by the company (for example affiliate manager) in fact, the affiliate dashboard is not accessible anymore. Also, the casino had a live chat with players which now disappeared.

Well just 0.01375 btc, it could had been worst, sadly because of past and good experience for years I didn't doubt the site but now I will look up a gambling site before depositing even if I played there before. Lesson learned I guess.

it's an expensive lesson you get for the cost of 0.01375 BTC.
but at least an experience like that can make you more careful in making a deposit to any gambling site and especially if you want to make a deposit on a new gambling site. at least you always plan a budget for gambling that can afford to lose. because we will never know what will happen to certain casinos in the future.
so that when a problem occurs and when you can't take your money back, you won't mind losing the money.

Bitdice was a great site years back, but I guess there was something really wrong happened in the past few years especially after the ICO.
It seems that dogedice had left this forum as well because he is not online for more than a year now.
Surprisingly there are still some high rollers in bitdice based on the weekly contest leaderboard, the current leader has wagered more than 129btc worth more than $3M.
Not a big amount if we compared to other casinos but it is still surprising for me to see it.

But in the light of comments here on this platform by the users and some experience of some close friends, it seems to be a scam casino.

How come you heard about it while this token is already dead. The casino has been questioned many times by investors for having a slow to no upgrade at all after having an ICO to upgrade the casino. They failed to make significant update since the casino is still the same besides some improvement on UI/UX before they launch an ICO.

I purchased during ICO and lucky to sell all my CSNO tokens on slight profit before it dump af when the team failed to upgrade the casino. The OP is also inactive for more than 2 years. I guess they already ignoring the forum since this is the only platform which investor have a say. The last time I played at Bitdice in the October month of 2021, and I didn’t face any problem with my withdrawal during then. There is no activity on Bitdice twitter account and telegram channel since December 12th of 2022. Their reviews are also bad now on some review making website, as example Btcgosu, Trustpilot, Casino Guru. I can see complaints about the withdrawal delays of Bitdice on several platforms. The wagering contest is fake if those complaints are real. The users aren't getting help from the Bitdice support at anywhere.

0.01375 BTC isn't just an amount but it's a decent amount already according on today's rate and how much more if the bullish momentum that we feel right now continues? But don't worry, we aren't blaming you for this because you already explain your side. It only becomes bad if you are totally a new player on this gambling site and you don't check reviews before depositing.

The blame is set to Bitdice this time because they aren't professional. They just end their site in a worst possible way because they don't warn their users in advance about this matter. Your suggestions it great because there are people who don't really like to back read.

In as much as this amount look quite small for you and maybe some users here, this is still a very huge amount of money for some people, it is my first time of coming across this casino, and I am even surprised how you just deposit money into a casino without checking if they are still active or not, many scam casinos close down, but leave their website online and deposits open as a trap to catch unsuspecting victims, really disappointing you into that trap..

Anyways, it's bygone now and let's hope no user will make same mistake, if you had done a little research before depositing money into their casino, the fact that their thread here was in dormancy mode before now, would have been the first red flag for you to consider.

@vuilnisman I was a long term signature participant in this casino, but since the owner and @boxxob stopped replying here I had stopped following them but I never expected them to do this to their users.

Furthermore I can see the affliate board is indeed not working, and this site has changed a lot hence I’m surprised as to why they’re not maintaining it and lastly let’s hope that one of their representatives reaches out here and sorts this issue out.
