Just like on what told above that better give them at least on Monday on solving the issue but im much sure that they're legit and arrange things up and its true that EOS
transaction time or duration is fast thats why it do really boggles up on why other transactions push through and yours didnt? No need to spam out though

I've experienced the same the same thing before and yes, it would really take time to complete the transaction but they could really fix it on or before the given time. It's a good thing that their support is responsive. If that's how they're going to fix your issue then just wait for it and have patience because I'm sure that they would do something about it.

Too bad to hear that. You have been playing on this casino for 4 years and only one mistake your going to leave them in the air just like that? Why not give them one last chance or try to use other coins for a while and see if problem persist on their website. Care to tell if how much is the amount that you deposit on why you seem so inpatient.

It is normal that they would send the same message because it has been your 10th time asking the same question but I am with them, you should have waited till your issue has been resolved. You've been playing since 2018 and now your still doubting about their reputation? Bitdice has a good standing on the forum and they wont scam their users.

The fact that the support works should not be an advantage, but a basic function of every casino. The advantage of the casino should be that the support works well and is able to quickly solve such situations and problems. Even more important thing (probably the most important) in a cryptocurrency casino - is working instant deposit option. If these two things don't work correct, then you can't really talk about a good casino.

If the person representing bitdice.me reads this thread, should report this type of situation. I understand that in some situations withdrawals can be delayed because they need extra review, but when it comes to cryptocurrency deposits, it should be automatic. After all, even in the case of doubts, the security team will be able to verify everything before someone wants to withdraw.

They didnt give any words but the most important thing is that they do able to resolved the problem in silent which that guy above had received out his deposit.There might be some past issues within

I absolutely agree with you.  It is not normal when a person waits for a deposit for two days.  They could write a warning on the eos deposit page

Be cautious when dealing with the site. The site is full of bugs, deposits and withdrawals are delayed. Support cannot help you because they're dependent on the upper management.
As you know, the upper management has been silent for months.

Being  silent doesn't mean that they aren't doing something in behind and Bitdice is a long time running gambling site and does have that reputation even though they had some issues about

those investments but I do believe that it has been clarified back in the past? About site bugs then it is normal and they are fixing it for sure since they had been a full

switch up from old site to a new one which is a total overhaul and they currently have 200+ players which is still good.

Well, I haven't actually ever used BitDice.me casino, but since they are no longer active on this forum, I doubt I will ever use them at all. I don't like it when businesses come here just for their own promotion and don’t want to get involved and actively participate in the community. This is a discussion board after all, so you really should take part in the discussion.
When it comes to cryptocurrency deposits, I think they should be automatic rather than delayed for days. Not sure how that would work out in the long run, but that’s just my opinion.

If it is a scam then how someone could still able to withdraw if the thing you do said was right? They've just been too quiet and we dont know if its still operational
but it was been proven out by a certain user on 1 page backward earlier for you to read up at least.
I remember this site was made out a complete overhaul on their front-end but ending up some issues and complaints or arguments about

They have not communicated with ICO participants and token holders for over 2 years, they've stolen the ICO fundraise from the investors.
They don't deny it, they're unable to as it's true.
