It's possible, Coinbase and crypto.com has delisting XRP so it will make another exchanges will follow it. Also we know Binance is popular and has gains a lot trusted in crypto community, they've strict rules to list a coin/token in their exchanges since if they listed a scam/failure coin it will destroy their reputation

That was really a bad news for XRP holders. I think there's still a lot of time to catch up and sell their remaining XRP's luckily I wasn't able to be influenced by the investors that's really hyped when the XRP's price increase.

This is really a very unfortunate situation for XRP, while we are rejoicing the bitcoin performance, XRP holders are somewhat on the opposite side. High likely that Binance.US will follow thru. Is there any news from XRP team what they are doing to minimize the aftermath of their coin?

It's not good and the problem is very serious ,, I think they'll sit down and have a discussion at the same table to solve it,,
rejections have been made various exchanges but I think binance will be meticulous in making decisions because they are very professional

As bad as the present predicament that is happening to xrp is, there are postivies too. But the positives are full of ifs. The question is can ripple come out victorious after facing sec? If yes, then there will be massive profits for investors; if No then that will be the end. But in a reality sense; i think xrp will come out clean, one way or the other. ALWAYS do your own research and understand the risks that comes with hodling.

It is and has been already bad news or bad end of the year experience for them since the SEC case, that is, more holders have been selling because none want to loss a big chunk of their capital to holding since there is no headway yet for them. Also, with Coinbase delisting XRP, is already adding more reason for holders to sell in huge numbers this is because more exchanges will likely follow suit, and since exchanges is one of the driving forces behind the growth of most cryptocurrencies, it means that as more exchanges delist, the price of XRP will dump even more. Therefore, following all these, there is no crime selling all your holdings, moreover there are still better coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum, and if XRP is really worth it at the end, you can still buy back but for now, better safe than sorry.
Lastly, no one knows if Binance will take such action as that remains within the team to decide, but if they should, then it will be a very big blow to XRP, as it will lose a lot.

they are actually trying to prove that they are not security, but that fight seems to be long and exhaustive
there is no sign that price action could be positive in near term, long term never know

there were rumors that Ripple will change their HQ from USA to Japan, since legislative is more to their hand there, and should not be watched as security, but as a cryptocurrency, but it is hard to tell what will actually happen

for the moment, it is best to stay on a side and watch how all this is going to roll-out, will be an interesting story for sure, with an end that is hard to foreseen at the moment, but that could impact the industry in any case

With this kind of news, especially published by trusted sources. I'm sure the price will drastically going down this coming days. this is why as a holder of any cryptocurrencies, we need to be updated at least once a week whatever coins we are holding because of this kind of incident. just imagine when you only gt updated once every 6 months and when you comeback to check the price you will be surprised that it almost reaches zero because of unexpected negative news about the coins you are currently holding.

I am also still holding on to some XRP, so with this news I am a little worried. They can do that but not all of its users is fully verify so they will not know who's from us and who is not and because only us is affected they can only make  restiction in US citizen not from other part of world like Asia .too much FUD given in that coins I don't know if they can still survive it until next year. The bear market is not even started but in ripple its looks like the end of the world for investors . Let just see if XRP will give it's position to LTC.

That would be the end for XRP and the Ripple team because their cash cow would crash to the floor. My thought was that Binance would be one of the first exchange to halt XRP trading but do not understand why, if CoinBase and OKcoin  do this before Binance it must be that they are looking for way around it and don't want to lose trading fees they are getting from XRP.

sooner or later binance will follow suit. so better don't try to buy xrp at this time. This will be the end for Ripple, even if they admit their mistake and pay a fine. the price cannot go up. The Coinbase exchanger, said, the Ripple coin trading will be continue as same as previous until January 19 2021 at 10.AM PST. In this period, traders could be able to buy and sell and also deposit and withdraw without any type of preventions. After the quoted date they will be informed update information on their social network or website. So we should have to hold for the next announcement form Coinbase.
