When Electroneum did their ICO, BTC was $13,000...

...so for the last 2.5 years they couldn't really spend much, so they focused on building the userbase and use cases organically ON THE CHEAP.

Now the 40 million they raised, with barely any money spent, is 100+ million they have in their war chest.

They would have been idiots to blow their money on advertising when BTC was half that it was during the ICO, putting their capital at 20 million for all those years.

Now that BTC is at an all-time high...here comes the advertising promised in the white paper.

No doubts ETN is a potential cryptocurrency. But I think this thread has been created intentionally to create a FOMO ("Fear of Missing Out"). And seems community manager "contraband" spamming with very old thread's quote. It will damage the reputation of ETN instead of pump it. I know some days ETN would pump hard since their team working hard. I can't imagine we can pay even utility bills through cryptocurrency and we would top-up our mobile sim within a second. ETN was one of the successful ICO that have been trying to improve and add more services. Please avoid spamming and spreading FOMO.

@op where is the confirmation that the money raised during the ico has not been spent at all and they are sitting somewhere! If they have been on development only, how do you develop a project without making any expenses?
I take it this is your personal assumption and not officially written but if it happens to be true, then am willing to jump on board again,  sold my etn long ago when nothing meaningful was forthcoming.  Thank you for the tip

I see the team of ETN being active even after these many years. Unlike some of who thinks it as a mobile mining coin, it was actually a cryptoknight coin that is GPU mineable. The premined coins were airdropped through a mobile mining simulator app just to increase awareness about crypto and mining. And this was what many of my friends first got to hold any crypto. And after all these years, ETN has not increased significantly while they are adding newer use case for the token.
