Honeywell Quantum Solutions’ streak of setting new records for quantum volume continues.

Through performance upgrades, System Model H1 achieved a quantum volume of 512, the highest measured on a commercial quantum computer to date. It is the third time in nine months Honeywell has set a record for quantum volume on one of its systems.

The milestone represents a four-fold increase in performance for the System Model H1, which set a record when it was released in September 2020 with a quantum volume of 128.

This high performance, combined with low error mid-circuit measurement, provides unique capabilities with which quantum algorithm developers can innovate.

We have a question here.chinese community are wonder why the difficulty changed every 7200blocks.It seems big miner come and mine lots TDC when the difficluty is low.And they leave when the difficluty is high.And the rest will suffer the high difficulty for a longtime.So,people are thinking why dont you set the difficluty change every 1000block or every block?

Well, this situation is still exist when difficulty adjusting interval is shorten. Because the difficulty is inversely proportional to the real adjusting interval, the shorter length just make the fluctuation more frequently. To avoid this, it needs the hash rate to reach to a relative high level.
