Not only you, but also so many people are keep buying bitcoin & as a result, btc pump incredibly.i though it would crash after $30k or $35k but i was wrong.maybe because New money continueously coming in market even so many big institutions already have bitcoin share.so its now hard to dump the bitcoin easily.so i'm also start thinking that bitcoin won't going to stop its journey till it hit $40k milestone.

Your ambition is really tangible from my perspective because its obvious that everything is risk according to entrepreneurship concept of business and relating it into cryptocurrency especially bitcoin, buying of bitcoin currently it's matters of choice because the possibility of bitcoin to keep on accelerating in price in these 2021 is there,  its quiet understood that in the history of bitcoin or the existence of btc, it has not gotten to 30,000 thousand to the extend getting to 35000 thousands, so everyone is expecting bitcoin to get 50,000 thousand buying bitcoin now can result out negatively or positively, because the possibility for it to increase more is based on marketcap and possibility for it to decrease is also based on marketcap. So in all ramifications everything is base on risk, but if you are financial buoyant purchase it, its advisable to buy bitcoin.

If someone is planning to buy with this current price, they might have to trade wisely if they fully understand how the market works. But if they were just buying because of the trend, better stop what you are thinking right now because that isn't how the market works. Always do your own research if you plan to invest your own money especially in crypto currency. I don't wanna waste a moment and I'm buying Bitcoin. I think this's a good decision, as its price is getting higher every day. According to forecasts, Bitcoin's price will reach 100k by the end of summer, so I advise you to HODL your Bitcoins

Definitely not! Of course we are not buying bitcoin right now because the bitcoin was really huge right now and it cannot afford to gamble this kind of situation. There are some people who are buying although the bitcoin is in $26,000, but I guess it is a wrong decision because it is really hard to gain profit with it knowing that it is already in the peak price of btc. It's sad that I am so early to sell my holdings but still happy that btc break the ath this year.

I am also controlling myself from buying more bitcoins because I don't want to be greedy and lose all of my funds, so I keep all of my holdings in my portfolio because the bullish trend still has a great movement. Holding our funds in this current bull trend is much safer than continuously buying more bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

I tried to find the right time to buy but it always stressed me out. I just do DCA since a few months ago and the current price doesn't really bother me or tempt me that much to buy more. I'd stick with my plan and manage my assets with little to no distraction.

If you're it in for the long term, I guess buying now or later with DCA doesn't really matter, as long as you only spend the amount of money you can afford to lose.

You are most likely to win in the long term with this. It's nice to read Dollar Cost Averaging rather than a straight up "NO since it's too high and wait for correction". Successful traders and investors have also shared that this is "easiest" way or less stressful.

We are in a bull run and the market has more support from institutional investors so it won't collapse that easily. It's different this time. It looks like most people in this thread are still thinking about what happened in 2017-2018.

There are so many people struggling of thinking if they are going to buy or sell bitcoin, on my part, I keep on holding and buying bitcoin as long as I have to earn bitcoin then I keep on holding it. I know that bitcoin can still go up and can reach about $100k within this year, just like what other people have said, well I know that this is not for sure but I am still looking forward to this thing to happen. I will set my standard for that value before pulling it out.

The market is way overbought already. The market is reaching prices beyond our expectations. The market is completely controlled by the bulls.
40k Resistance as of this moment is considered very conservative. Yes we will pass this and possible that it will happen anytime this month with the current trend of Bitcoin.
This is the question that I will ask again if it surpasses the $40,000 resistance. TBH, knowing when this bull run will end is very hard to know since we can't see any resistances right now. Lets just wait for Bitcoin to consolidate at least and we can tell which will be the resistance.

I am really glad to see all this response and to know that I am not the only person who brought now.
                          Just an update:
I was able to earn around 130$ through just holding and then I decided to encash them since for me that was enough for the time being and I was really glad that I was able to at least earn enough to support for half of the month.
I know bitcoins is going to cross our psychological barrier of 40,000$ but at the same time seeing all those articles where people are hoping that bitcoins might cross 100000$ therefore I believe if someone wants to take a risk then they should maybe go halfway. Take risks but don't be too greedy.
I might again invest more once I get some more savings in the upcoming days. Hope that everyone here is earning some passive income as well.
It's been amazing knowing bitcoins, this indeed is the only thing that helped my family, my studies and my rescue animals.
Plus I do think it would be a nice idea to invest in ETH also since they are the best trading pair and right now I believe it would be amazing for ETH too.

To be frank in my own opinion, buying at such price is way to high unless you are already prepared to hold for long term if it later goes against your predictions. I might be wrong but I think those who are buying in large amount are whales and/or Institutional investors, and these sort of buyers are already prepared for long term holding, so anyone who is ready for that, can take the risk but as for me, I think it is the best time to sell or monitor the market closely to know when to sell. Also, from the look of things, Bitcoin tends to have more chances  to grow and achieve a new ATH, but that is just predictions which might not work or still work; hence the best way is, if you are ready for the ride and risk, then go ahead, if you are not then look elsewhere.

It first crossed 20, then 22, then 27, then 30, then 32!! Then now it's nearly around 35 and I wanted to take a little risk.

It zoomed passed $37k a few hours after you made that post. We could see 40 before weekend with the way Bitcoin is dancing.

Last time when the market was around 20000$ we people are talking its too risky to buy like this now again we are thinking same way its risky to buy now but my perception has been changed now about Btc this time I feel the Btc movement is more genuine as compared to the previous bull run that time Btc was hugely pumped and dump quickly as well. As bitcoin grows and fomo is high, my tactics is not selling or buying, but converting. I’m converting the amount I would have sold to fiat, into altcoins. Wont tell which, as it is personal, but something amoung first 50 from coinmarketcap. Altcoins that have lost most in price. Tired of holding, want to risk a bit  I hope those altcoins will recover first, but then I will earn during so long waited altseason.

I chose to sell bitcoin. In my opinion, seeing the price of bitcoin as if it was going to the top was just my perception that if you have your own perception it's your right.
predicting the market is very difficult, for sure the market is now better than in 2018 yesterday.

I agree with you, I am also selling now and preparing for next strategies if the price of Bitcoin goes down or goes up even more. Peoples perceptions are different, but seeing the bitcoin price is go up, more holders sell their bitcoins than buy. not only better than market 2018, but better than the last March 2020 market. now there should also be more selling than buying. unless someone want to buy and sell short term, it maybe also be more profitable than selling everything and not investing anymore.
