Are you sure about the site?
Never heard viassy before it seems you've been a scam to an unknown website and I tried to check it on archive.org it seems it was a Chinese blog before around 2019 and turn into an exchange around 2020.

I'm sorry to tell you but that's impossible to get your BTC back any BTC transaction once the transaction is already confirmed there is no way to reverse the transaction, unlike PayPal.
The other thing is it's obvious the owner of the website is Chinese he make the domain ripe first to get rank and gain traffic and then turn into an exchange to make a quick buck and scam people.

No. Sorry to tell you but these are scammers you are talking with. They are the worst kind of scammers because they prey on people who have just been scammed. Anybody who asks you to pay up front is a scammer.

The site sounds like some kind of Ponzi "investment plan" that was apparently perpetuated by the team posing as women on Tinder... who knows, maybe they were real. But in any case, wow, that's weird.

Sorry but I think your coins are lost for good. Don't shell out coins to someone hoping to get your money back -- that's not going to happen.

No, I am afraid that you can not get your money back. Even if some companies contacted you to help you get your money back, I am afraid that they can not do anything. Once the funds send from your wallet to another wallet, and the network already confirms it, you already lose your money. I am sorry to know you lose big money. Next time, you do not have to trust any investment website that offers you a big return because as long as you hold your bitcoin, you will make a big reward in the future. So you do not need any investment website.

Bitcoin transaction can be tracked but can not be reversed, which means your money is completely gone, you need to forget about it and move on. There are many people that recovery services have scammed, recovery services are scammers too.

Please refer to this topic https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5264627.0
In summary, he was scammed twice. First was when he sent bitcoins to a ponzi scheme and second was when he paid a bitcoin recovery scam service in an attempt to get back his bitcoins from the ponzi.

The story may sound ridiculous but it happens to many beginners. Some newbies still fall for different types of scams like fake giveaways and bitcoin doublers. Another example is the recent hack on twitter, the scammers used the accounts of famous people to fool followers. If not for Coinbase, 1,000 more users would have fallen victim. They stopped the $280,000 worth of btc transactions from being deposited into the scammer's account.

Quote
Coinbase says it prevented just over 1,000 customers from sending around $280,000 worth of bitcoin during last Wednesday’s attack. Roughly 14 Coinbase users sent around $3,000 worth of bitcoin to the scam’s bitcoin address before the company moved to blacklist it, the company said.

If you or someone else you know fell victim to these scams, please be informed that the btc sent to scammers are most likely unrecoverable. If you ever encounter a site that says they'll get it back for you at a fee, do not fall for it because they are also scams. Bitcoin transactions cannot be reversed and the only possible way I know to recover the funds is if the scammer themselves are careless in sending btc to centralized exchanges or services without obfuscating the transaction.

No they will scam you, anyone can do the tracking but you do not need to pay first. That is a blatant scam, they are playing with your emotions right now because you got scammed so you wouldn't think about them proposing to track the perpetrator for you. If you want someone to track the scammer, try your local authorities. Do not deal with suspicious services online because you will likely get scammed.
