Just got curious does sports book website is not yet paying the bettors for placing bet on Joe Biden? Looks like the US was having a riot and everything seems not good I hope the bookies would be able to pay now their bettors.

Just take a look in some post above and you'll see that there are some who has already Paid and some are not .

Maybe the factor here is the Legit reputation  ofthe site where they Put the Bets , and How much they are gonna win after waiting this long , Month long waiting .

If there are sites who have not paid the winning bets, I guess they should be posted here, people has to be aware about their reputation and for them to avoid getting scammed. Big sites normally pay, in fact, they don't lose money here, there are winners and losers and since they facilitate bets, they should make money from it.

Seems a little crazy that there are some sportsbooks who have not paid out yet when the results had been pretty clear from the start! Especially when Biden bets were a lot lower than Trump bets (from what I can remember).

Do they already announce it? For what I have known they already announced it a long time ago they supposed to pay the participants Trump couldn't just accept his defeat. I haven't seen some thread about the bookies not paying them for this event.

If legit reputation of the betting site will be the bottom line here why some of them has not yet released the money or prize for the winners then this might be a great concern for the bettors itself and sadly counted as their loses even if they have winned in their bets. It is the saddest part of betting once you've been got scammed by the betting site you've trusted to place your bet and hoping that you may get what you have deserve but then nothing will be given to you.

This is exactly it. Any betting site which offers odds on Biden vs Trump should already be closing the deal with those betting for Biden winning and those betting for Trump losing. There is no way it will be the other way around. Biden is now officially declared as the 46th president of the United States of America.

Any appeal from the side of Trump is another case. Bets should not be dragged on because of Trump's useless appeals.

The results have been finalize already even if their are protesters outside the capitol and other sports book have already paid the winnings for Biden but I also heard that there are bookies that are still waiting for this final result in order to give the winning for Biden.

As long as you have bet in the right site then I am pretty sure that you can get your winning money like stake platform where they release the winnings early which is good as at the end Biden wins that election.

This is a serious problem, you may know Betfair, as of last November, they had not paid out a winning bet worth $ 1.3 million. I don't know how this case continues or not, I also still remember someone betting on a trump with fantastic value, this could be an unforgettable history for his life. Maybe lucky if he had hundreds millions dollars, a losing 5 million dollar bet meant nothing.

Betfair has already payed their bets (here in Italy) and market is CLOSED.
This news was from November and I think it's not just an excuse by them but a serious problem since once a bet has been payed it's clearly impossible get funds back.

Others who bet on the presidential election mentioned here that some sportsbook is holding their winnings because there is still no official declaration of the election. Although it was really pretty obvious that Biden already won but since Trump just can't accept his defeat. He keeps saying that there's something about the election, it probably causes more time before they can declare the next president. This is one of the negative sides of betting on this kind of event because it takes a longer time compared to sports.

Although appeals are being made by the Trump party, the official results of the election are already released and also the inauguration ceremony of Joe Biden is already set, therefore it is clear that Joe Biden won. Hence, regardless of the emerging political issues, those who made bet for Joe Biden should have been paid by now. I wonder which sportsbooks are left that didn't pay up until now. Mine paid a couple of days after the election day (Sportsbet.io), so I've forgotten about this matter a long time ago. But I do remember that back then quite a lot of people who chose other websites did not get their winnings due to the uncertainties surrounding this 2020 election.

It is funny to see Trump fans get mad about not getting the election, there are still millions of people who believe that Trump won the election but someone a fraud was made and he didn't actually lost. The reality is that, he lost, and now we have guarantee of that.

It was obvious from day one, all those places that didn't pay out didn't do that for two main reasons. Either they were trump fans as well and believed that he didn't actually lose, which could be the case for some of them, and the other one is that they have seen congress impeach Trump but senate didn't cared and kept him president, even after he was literally charged with a crime, republican senate said "I don't care, I would rather have a criminal in presidency then ... well republican vice president", so they assumed even though Biden won, maybe republican judges and senate and vp would do everything in their power to change it illegally.

Exactly, Joe Biden (Joseph Robinette Biden Jr.) is now officially won and the official president of the USA and expected to be sworn in as the 46th president of the United States on Jan. 20 with his inauguration ceremony.

I did not place a bet but for sure those legit bookmakers will pay bettors for the sake of their reputation not to ruin just an amount that they place a bet. The long wait is over and now those who are in favor of Biden will surely now get profit. Sorry for those who are in favor of Trump, they may I guess accept that they lose this presidential election of the US.

You see DONALD TRUMP was one time in 2020 impeached, that is a signal that he won't win the presidential election.

So, the election itself confirms it that Trump can't continue as the president of the United States.

So, voting for Joe Bidden is always the right prediction.

Well, I think it can work in advanced countries or countries that have stable electioneering process, but in developing countries where elections are rigged, it can't work.

Well this drama over who won and who did not win... made me to decide that I would never gamble on elections ever again. It will be interesting to see what the sites will do that paid out early for a Trump win. Will they take the losses and pay out for a Biden win too or will they stick to their initial decision to just pay for a Trump win?

It would really be an obvious thing if they do still consider on making this as a reason for them not to pay those winners who do bet on Biden. They are just trying to avoid on paying
them in the first place.I dont see any possible scenarios that they wont pay off.So far we arent seeing any complaints into this forum as of this moment for bookies not to
pay up their pending bet winnings.Its already been declared and its just right for them to released of those winnings and accept this damn whole thing.

I heard some sportsbook did not pay their clients until this official decision but this really did not make sense to me. Biden won the Election considering the number of vote counting.

That's always the thing about politics and politicians. It's always a game even after the finish line has been crossed, they still look out for loopholes to capitalize on for a discredit and desqualifing factor untill one party actually gives up or wins beyond all reasonable doubt. A dirty game they call it, what the future of a nation and all its citizens is dependent upon!!!

Well, it's always best for an official news before the release or payment of what is owed because if things go sideways and tends to favour the bookmakers after payments have been made, almost zero customers would like to return winnings and it would be a bad debt on the bookmarkers part.

Follow-up electoral protest, filed complaints and any related cases is another story. No reason to delay as Biden officially won.
