Just want to say if the betraft admin will continue to be active in addressing each and every concern by the players here, I believe in time, they will get loyal supporters. be a good thing for you to make out some fix or adjustment according on what they do like, once you do able to get their attention then this is where the public or the community might
consider to hang out into this place. This is just new and there are lots of things to improve on and lets see if they could able to sustain that.

As far as I can see here, it's constructive criticism that are being posted by some users and OP is willing to accept that, it's good to see this because it simply means that people cared for a new site, they don't support scams but they support a legit business and help them improve by giving their honest opinion and suggestions.

Yes this site is probably inspired by directbet, one of the most popular sportsbook in the past because of its features. After the shut down of directbet, there were some sites tried to offer similar feature to direcbet but seems that most of the failed to gain interests from gamblers. This site looks promising but of course this site needs to prove themselves that they are reliable enough. Lets see what they can do to  attract players.

I think no site could near Directbet, they'll remain in the history as one of the best betting crypto betting sites. Directbet in the past seems like a decentralized gambling sites, you send coins as your bet and bet on, the current sites format now has followed the standard of fiat sportsbook, the only difference is the payment method.

The layout is way too simple. This way you can never get customers. If there were still an official gambling license on it, it would be a different story.

what im worried about having no login or registration page is that, you can't go back to your bets if you unconsciously closed your browser? how are you going to check your bets on that matter? seems it is not practical to having no reg on your site. even username and pw would do. i dont know if this set-up will work on gamblers here. and once you bet, you can't cancel the bet if you changed your mind. i dont know, but am not comfortable with this set-up.

Protonmail is good but why not use your own domain for email redirection why not create something like email@betraft.com you will have total control of where emails will land and will also make your site looks professional, I recommend that you get a copper member account like all developers and administrator of gambling sites, so you can screenshot and post images and effectively promote your announcement thread.

They are new to the market, but if they show progress it is important. There are a number of points that could be improved. People have their own opinion regarding the layout.
It looks old-fashioned, there is room for improvement. That is also a matter of taste. Some players don't value that. What is important are the functionalities of the website. You really have to work with a login part.
Suppose a user has placed a bet, it is desirable that he can see in his account which bet that is. The EV + in the beginning was also a big deal. It seemed to be resolved, but the problem is more that this kind of problem shouldn't happen. It is not a small mistake. Customers are critical and count you on that. I would certainly implement the suggestion of the email address. A proton mail address may be easy to access and less subject to rules, but an email address with its own domain exudes much more professionalism. Hiring a designer who takes care of the layout, and then you are already a long way in combination with the login.
People can better judge if users will share their experience from your site on the forum.

Your site reminds me of Bet365 thanks to the simple green layout which looks decent. The performance seems fine both on mobile and desktop. However, BTC being the only deposit and withdrawal method especially now when the fees are high is a con.

I advise you to add more payment methods like ETH, LTC etc in order to attract more gamblers in the long term.

You can't blame people/gamblers asking for these things, we need also security as we many scam sites around. We wanted no newcomers to become a victim to this trick and that having your site on board, not new to the market (I think) but seeing no license that gonna be an issue (seriously).
That everything you need is to be consistent with your good doings, it is really hard to gains trust, honestly since you are new. But if they see that you are consistent, that be fine.
