Without using a bankaccount you can try localbitcoins but you must be careful while trading.
You can meet someone face 2 face in your area and buy some btc for cash.

You can earn them too by making some tasks

In that case the most famous "simple" way to get bitcoins for $USD is https://coinbase.com/

I suggest as a newbie to buy a small quantity first, get comfortable with using your wallet, securing it, spending from it etc.

Better advice would be to check localbitcoins.com to see if anyone near you is selling bitcoins at a reasonable price.

If not, you can also look at the "Currency Exchange" sub-forum here at bitcointalk.org.  There are many members of the forum that will send you bitcoins in exchange for gift card codes, GreenDot MoneyPak codes, or cash or money orders in the mail.  Some will also accept cash deposits into their own bank account in exchange for sending you bitcoins if you happen to have a branch office of their bank near you, or will accept payment via MoneyGram or Western Union.

Be very careful about transactions with anyone that you don't meet face-to-face.  There are MANY scammers that will try to convince you to send the money first, and then will disappear without sending you the bitcoins.  The best way to protect yourself from any such scammer is to use a highly trusted member of the bitcointalk forum as an escrow agent.  If anyone refuses to work with a trusted escrow agent, it is a huge warning sign.

If you are trying to buy bitcoin try local bitcoins first. If you are trying to earn bitcoin it all depends on what skills you have if any and also there are ways to earn bitcoin in the service section in marketplace also.

localbitcoins is the best option if OP don't want to use bank account..! I don't know what OP meant by not using bank aacount ..! does that mean you don't want to buy bitcoins with cash and want to earn them..? If that's the case you can sell stuff or your skills in services section.

Oh well yeah local bitcoins,
...or talk to as many people as possible about bitcoins and maybe you bump into someone who says 'I have a few' and you say 'can I buy for cash"
...or get a friend with bank account to sign up to coinbase, give him cash, he buys coins
...or do what I did yesterday. Find someone on bitcointalk who wants to give away bitcoins for a competition. I won 0.05BTC
