This is a bait and we are talking all about it, the only time that I will believe this OP is when s/he provides a screenshot and the address of the wallet containing the "50,000" bitcoin. OP also needs to share his/her story because no one will believe if you just say that you got 50,000 bitcoin.

I do not recommend that you sell all of it. It is difficult for you to predict its price now. If the price rises in the future, you will regret it.

Yeah, I've been looking for it, and it seems to be deleted, so that means that this is probably not true? right?

But to be sure, let me post my address: 3PYosf43UXBRftiHuLBGaYUonZpK4gKFmz

Hello
after 12 years i remember i bought bitcoin in 2010
is it possible to sell more than 50,000 bitcoins at once or is it better to sell direct to a private individual like grayscale or microstrategy?

I do NOT believe you have 50,000 Bitcoins that you " just remembered "   Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy   Never in the history has anyone forgot that they had a bank account with 1.5 BILLION dollars in it.

I will not believe this for one second unless you show everyone your wallet !

damn that's a lot of Funds , 50,000 Bitcoin ? So you're one of the early adopter  and one of the person that becomes Billionaire .
50,000 bitcoin is a lot of coins and anyone holding that kind of coins should be a miner or someone that purchased the coins when the valuation was minimum but the question here is that whether he is really having that kind of coins and whether he was sleeping when the price of bitcoin touched its all time valuation last time, it was a global news and anyone invested would remember them.

@OP there are legit OTC traders available if you are holding huge number of coins. You can contact Kraken and they will help you in finding good buyers.

You should sell your bitcoin slowly because it will be very suspicious if you will sell your Bitcoin all at once, also you should leave some bitcoins for investment in times of crisis you will have an investment to have.

Well, Congratulations if it's true your a billionaire now but we doubt that Grin.

It is possible to sell that amount of bitcoin there was really no limit as long as there were volume in the market you could sell it off, the problem was your cant sell it all at once since its a high volume your gonna need to finds a high volume market for that but if there is one you could easily sell it off. We rarely see orders in over 1-4 bitcoins, most of them are lower than 1 bitcoin. Also, you might experience some issues especially in cashing out because some might have limits in it. It's better to sell it in percentage it's already a huge amount of money but bitcoin is still a good investment so through the years you could probably sell 5 BTC and then 10 in the coming years.

congratulations you are now a rich man, but my advice is that you better not sell all your Bitcoin at the same time and sell them slowly, because the price will immediately go down (unstable) and you do not get maximum profit, but I think you'd better HOLD 50% of your Bitcoin for a long term investment, because the price of Bitcoin can still increase very high and give you a bigger profit, then I think it's enough for you to enjoy your life by only selling 50% of your Bitcoin Grin.

If this is true, then you're in a lot of money. 50 thousand bitcoins isn't something small and it can ultimately change your life forever.
I think it is advisable you sell your coins bits by bits so you don't end up getting flagged by the exchange. Using P2P services isn't advisable either. $1.7billion isn't the size of P2P.
Secondly, it's better to sell just half of it and not more. Keep the rest as a form of investment. You should know that the price of bitcoin will still rise and that will give you even more profits. Trust me, it's a decision you won't regret.

Maybe I should start a topic offering to store everyone's SEED PHRASES,  some people might just give them to me !!!

I posted on here shortly after the loser posted his claim to fame( in his mind) that he struck it rich.
I recall several times newbies on here being told to go to the beginners forum .

Then I noticed so much talk about mining BTC, and very advanced discussions of how the block chain worked , and I noticed a lot of people on here seem very educated .

Me , I'm just a street wise old ex con. that got as far as the 8th grade .( In juvenile jail ) .

So I see obvious B.S. , some attention getter ,getting so many of you intelligent people's advise .

My first post ,after seeing his claim ,was for him to post his private key on here and we would help him out . I meant it as an insult . I think it was one of my posts that got deleted .   You guys wake .up .

This is ( in my opinion) some loser living n his mother's basement , never had a job. 30 years old . No friends , playing video games his mother buys for him. And out of sheer bordome googled bitcoin, after seeing it rise on the news . and then joined up ,and you people treat him like a hero ..  Wow , I quit my criminal career in late 70's . But If I was still interested in ripping people off , it's you educated folks on here whoe's money I'd be counting today .

decodx,

The nature of your posts confirm every day that you are full of hate and just a miserable person.   I can not imagine what it must be like to go through life like that but it must be hell.   You can get help, it will take time and a lot of EFFORT, but it would be worth it.

Dude if actually your claim is true, then you should know that it's a lot of money that is involved here and selling all one wouldn't be what you'll want to do

So I advice you see little if possible 20btc and it'll be much nicer if you also donated to the charity and orphanage or you can as well help out with people with problem

Just my say though Smiley

Reading through the first 3 pages was pretty baffling, I was fully expecting this to be 8 pages of people mocking the OP but was disappointed to find that it was a thread of people advising this joker what to do with his 50,000 Bitcoins that he's clearly just pulled out of his ass. After 3 pages I decided to skip to the last page to see if any sanity had been restored.

Well played guys.

Do you seriously have that much bitcoin? And never sell it, even though in 2017 bitcoin is at its highest ATH,
and you just remember it now. Actually, this is very impossible, because it is possible that an investor will sell
their bitcoin holdings if it has profited a lot. It would have been a billionaire if it had sold it at the highest price this time.
