not Apple,  currently only Android phone or tablet,  or Chromebook from Google.  I think most of CPU miners (and Nengcoin side too) are android phone miners dual mining two coins together on the same phone.  There are computer side CPU miners too, but I believe majority of CPU miners are on android phones because of huge cost of electricity on computers.

Android Phone dual mining report on NENG/CHTA
Old Android phone, 4 core, 8 CPUs in UserLand app linux.

24 hours mining results: zero NENG, 20,000 CHTA.

NENG had resets with low diff, not surprising no reward. Also timestamp attacks days ago, zero for last several days also. Probably will change after hard fork. Cheetahcoin side reward is still good on dual mining mode, down a lot recently partly due to competition, partly due to timestamp attack recently. CHTA results hit miss, some day zero, other days 1 or 2 blocks on the phone.

block-bot was developed by u/Stormbringer_Derv and was released in both Nengcoin/Cheetahcoin discord channel.

Thanks for member u/Stormbringer_Derv hard work, now Nengcoin or Cheetahcoin miners can check the current status of Nengcoin/Cheetahcoin blockchain easily and obtain quick estimate of next difficulty adjustment, possibly base difficulty reset time.

The tool is likely to be most useful for those USB ASIC miners (Futurebit Moonlander2 on Nengcoin, or Gekko newpac on Cheetahcoin) to predict potential base difficulty reset. Because each reset will allow USB ASIC miners to obtain huge profit within one day, it is important for USB ASIC miners to prepare and deploy into solo mining mode before hand.

The tool is very useful for CPU miners on computer/android phone too in that CPU miners might want to know current status and also reset in order to perform maintenance on PCs or phones.

Cheetahcoin v1.7.0.0 Logo for Mac/Windows10/Linux Updated


Cheetahcoin v1.7.0.0 binary wallet files were updated.  Old files were replaced by newly built wallet with new logo/about image design.

Changes:

All windows10/MacOS/Linux binary release files:  "About" page logo was changed. The three cheetahs coin was upright now, turned 90 degree to the right.

MacOS wallet dmg file only:  the icon on the macOS desktop now uses the correct non-shiny logo correctly. 

All desktop wallet users are recommended to re-download wallet files but not required. This is purely a logo/about picture change, no real algorithm level change on the v1.7.0.0 wallet:

Trading/Investing Tips on Crypto and NENG/CHTA

I  want to share some trading/investing tips on crypto.  This is not investment advice, just as one who did years of stock trading and successful crypto investment sharing some 2 cents tips here.

NO MARGIN/LEVERAGE
Lots of newbie made mistake on this. Do not, never do crypto investment on margin or leverage. NO, do not do that.  Crypto is very volatile, bitcoin is extremely volatile. Margin or leverage trading will make you to lose shirt, sell at worst time, like recently. Not worth it.

Risk Adjusted Investment into Bitcoin/Ethereum/Dogecoin/Litecoin
However, it is reasonable that one want to amplify and want to invest to gain more on bitcoin.  You can size it properly.  You do not need leverage or margin.   There are altcoins.  one can size it properly with risk adjustment. That is how I do it. I invest majority of my wealth into bitcoin.  Bitcoin is digital gold,  it is more surer coin than others. bitcoin will likely hit 200k at year end.  If you have 100k or more, large sum of money, bitcoin should be the top choice and consider that first.
Then there are litecoin/dogecoin.  and put Ethereum there. They are not as solid as bitcoin, but good to put some % there too. They are likely to get 2x more reward than bitcoin in bull market like now.

NENG/CHTA - Huge Optionality on Small Dollar Investment
Then there are our two beloved small coins, Nengcoin and Cheetahcoin. They are so tiny,  they have market cap less than 1 million USD.  You do not need margin or leverage on crypto investing. But our two coins are equivalent of small dollar, but huge upside leveraged bet.  You can put $10 USD  or $100 USD,  both coins can go up 1000x or much more, then your small bet can get much bigger reward without risking too much, without any downside of leverage or margin trading.  This is beauty of our two coins.  In a word,  you get a huge optionality on a small dollar investment.

I totally agree with you on the great future of mining mobile app to push this coin mainstream. 

On the question of software dev project of mining app on cell phones, the current status is still in early stage, planning and strategizing.  Sefia (discord ID)  commissioner did a VC pitch a while back to Asian VC firms  (some of VCs in North America too in Sefia's effort) using our current pre-mine as source of VC funding.  Part of Sefia's pitch was to obtain fund for android miner app development.  So far months have passed,  no results from Sefia's VC funding pitch yet.     To be realistic,  miner app needs a lot of funding to fund software dev work or to attract many voluntary mobile dev software engineers to jump on board, which we do not have on Cheetahcoin right now.  None on our sister coin Nengcoin on either money or human capital yet today.

The current dev focus is to raise the listing fee funding for Southxchange new listing  NENG/CHTA/WNENG/WCHTA.  SouthXchange is in both Coin market cap and Coingekko.  As of now we are at 78% raised to the final goal of 0.25 BTC.  Check out discord channel for progress (almost daily) on this.  Part of dev focus on this new exchange listing fund raising is to go to defi of wrapped coin.  This is likely a near term focus for dev team and commission.   There will be lots of dev activities on this part once this funding  get finalized.  Wrapped Cheetahcoin (WCHTA) on binance smart chain, and then yield farming of liquidity pool with Pancakeswap trading on WCHTA etc.  Defi and new exchange listing is the most active part of work for sure at this moment. 

Be aware that as result of defi for wrapped coin (WCHTA in binance smart chain) after we get listed at SouthXchange,  I expect majority of remaining pre-mine balance will be used as 1:1 backing for wrapped  Cheetahcoin.  In that sense, Sefia's previous VC pitch effort using pre-mine will be abandoned.   But the long term goal of mobile miner helper app like one click miner android app is still in the planning stage on the table there, to be considered in the future fund raising for software dev.
