Hello, i would prefer not to do this post but the situation is crazy and i dont know what to do anymore.

Stake.com blocked  me 4000Euro, cash-in are still available but cashout are blocked, i didn't had any explenation about it and their support service is just jumping me to contact them through an e-mail that still didn't answer me.

They keep saying me that it's another "department" and that they cant do anything. Now is nearly 2 days this happened and i still didn't had any reply or answer, im seriusly worried about being scammed.

What can i do?

They keep saying me that it's another "department" and that they cant do anything. Now is nearly 2 days this happened and i still didn't had any reply or answer, im seriusly worried about being scammed.

I doubt they would scam you and it sounds like you might be withholding some details of this story. What exactly did the customer service say? What "department" is involved?

Add screenshot of your email conversation to there support. This will serve as evidence that they are really not doing any action to your concern. Usually they will send notification email regarding there action to your account.

For clearer proof(s) of accusing staked.com as scam which I doubt that you were scammed by them, kindly follow the scam report format and post your updated details on your OP including the email/chat logs you just posted screenshots or copy-pasted logs.

sure i did, immidiatly about 40 hours ago and still i had no reply and no email from them.

i understand it can look premature but for me those are a lot of money and 40 hours without any explenation passed, i am getting very anxious

After days of waiting for an email they then said they accuse me of multi accounting which was not true.

I had to verify myself by sending ID and selfie and so on and then waited again for days without any reply. I only got is solved because one guy here took care of it.
The support of stake is terrible and they dont want to help. Normal support said they are not responsible and the accounts@blabla people just didnt reply.

100% they accuse u of multi as well, thats the classic online bookie bs these days.

Thats nothing. I waited 4-5 days for the email reply and after sending kyc documents I didnt get a reply for over a week.

So op what about your issue now? You have already received the reply or still waiting? if you have any update feel free to share here time to time and marked it as resolved when it will successfully resolved.

As the live support team said they will reply asap when the other department will read it. Then you should wait for little more. Or you can pm to the official stake account on this forum. Maybe they can help to resolve it asap.

By checking the post history, the issue is still on and the live support team couldn't help him and he sent an email to the address giving to him but he hasn't known the reason why his account was blocked but I think sending PM to the stake representative on here is the best alternative he has

I dont know your case, but i can speak only regarding my experience with stake. Im on a Platinum level on stake - Here is a photo to support my claim - never had a single problem to withdraw any amount, i think those guys have the fastest withdrawal on the market.
