I dont know your case, but i can speak only regarding my experience with stake. Im on a Platinum level on stake - Here is a photo to support my claim - never had a single problem to withdraw any amount, i think those guys have the fastest withdrawal on the market.
I agree on you I used to play here and so are my friends and they have a good records of withdrawal in the industry, they have an ongoing campaign and if you checked the announcement thread you can tell that this is a clean gambling site and they are dedicated in maintaining their reputation, I also hope that the issue will be resolve.

Im not saying nothing bad right now, just what happened, they suspended my account with 4000euro without reason, and from 5 days i had no explenation why and no one is answering my questions, just Stunna over here wrote me the first message saying me it will look on it.

Im just sharing my story hoping it will end fast and well

The frozen withdrawal is related to multi-accounting. Unfortunately the email you sent was marked as spam and they found it yesterday in spam folder. I've been informed that support has been in touch with you. Can you please confirm this

I still didn't recive any information about it and i haven't done multi account, i hope they will contact me soon to understand what is going on, thanks for your intrest

Hello, the situation right now is still not solved, i made KYC yesterday (that i'm not super happy about) cause i play on stake exactly to be anonymus .

I made it with support chat with Darko that was really helpful, for some reason there was a problem from their side to find my emails.

Now i'm still waiting for them to check it and my money are still frozen from 9 days  Cry

Hello, i would like to inform the community that my account finally got unlocked and i got my money back. Problem was solved and im very happy about how Darko helped me and handled the situations.
