Robert Breedlove is an excellent bitcoin ambassador, he and Michael Saylor have done a good job sharing the best of Bitcoin on twitter. I have noticed the good receptivity of tweets from him as well as other defenders.

• Palantir Technologies($PLTR) stock dropped in price just because one dude, George Soros says that he doesn't agree with the business.
• Tesla($TSLA) stock dropped in price in the past just because Elon Musk smoked weed with Joe Rogan on a livestream.
• Pershing Square Tontine Holdings($PSTH) rose in price multiple times in the past just because of rumours that they are going to acquire Stripe(the SaaS company).
• Some pharmaceutical company that I don't remember rose in price last year just because they claimed that they were close in creating a working COVID vaccine(ended up not amounting to anything in the end).

I could go on and on for hours here. Bitcoin isn't the only asset that can easily be moved by negative/positive press.

Not much significant but Elon is a known bitcoin enthusiast and Microstrategy started the revolution of holding company assets in bitcoin! So might be helpful in promoting bitcoin to the mass!

Saylor didn't mention anything about bitcoin in his tweet but it would be no surprise if they keep on speaking about bitcoin if Elon really appears in the podcast as Saylor's guest!

Again, not much of significance but just a good little positive thing about bitcoin that a former richest person talks about bitcoin!

Read a tweet by Microstrategy's CEO Michael Saylor last week and was intrigued with him reaching out to Elon Musk via twitter to come onto his podcast show to discuss about bitcoin. Because he has probably single handley caused the pump up in price since the last months of 2020 with his company with purchasing for their clients and converting their holdings into BTC.

I'd say, why not have a conversation from one CEO with the future store of value to another CEO with the future of innovative technology.

This is the best time for Bitcoin to get a massive exposure as we can see that the world is watching on Elon Musk I mean every details so this is the best time for a free advertisement that will make Bitcoin surge it's price. Obviously what Sailor is looking for is to create institutional FOMO. He would like Musk to talk well about Bitcoin, even to say that he has Bitcoin or that he is considering buying, both for him and for his company. He said so explicitly in an earlier video. If Musk comes out and says he is considering buying Bitcoin for his companies, there would be a cascade effect of other companies rushing to buy.

Yes ofcourse this will definitely give a big impact on BTC and it's community, Elon Musk is a big celebrity and many will follow him as an icon top rated company will also consider his speech and give priority to buy bitcoin.

BTC has already gained popularity across the globe but big shots like Elon Musk come and release a statement about BTC will boom the Crypto economy.

Sure. It's a common theory that media platforms publish news that could push their agenda(that can include investments), and I surely think there's some truth to that. But saying that news are not "real reasons" to move prices? That's simply false. A week of closely watching the markets would be enough time for a person to realize that.

In a way, yes. I have also noticed that some Bitcoiners have turned into close-minded fanatics whose obsession with Bitcoin makes them think that Bitcoin is the only unum, verum, bonum in crypto space and that everything else in the past, at present, and in the future is pure garbage. They seem to see Bitcoin as perfect; apparently they even defend Bitcoin's flaws and areas of improvement. They seem to see Bitcoin as the end in itself and not a mere means for a better life.

But I don't think Michael belongs to this category. Michael is probably seeing Bitcoin more in terms of USD than anything else.

Lol, so true. People seem to over-value what these public figures have to say and most times people get influenced by their words. Truth is, most of these big names aren't really into bitcoin (at least not like most of us on this forum).

Regardless if they are into or not into Bitcoin, they are in no way obligated to speak out and promote it. These people are smarter than most(or all) of us; if they think something is a good long-term investment, they know they don't need to shill it to the world for it to be successful.

Yea, but some of them do it as a voluntary action. They don't really do it to maybe show off, sometimes it's their way of contributing to the growth of that thing. However, in this scenario, it doesn't make sense that Elon Musk is being asked to talk about Bitcoin because what ever he says, with the number of followers he has, they'll take it that way. Like, the name of Bitcoin depending on one person?

Anywhere he just wants to interview, and not just calling him to tweet something about it. For me, I do not see the need for all these things that we have been doing, to be sincere it’s getting annoying for me, you all now wants the validation from celebrities ,must they talk about it?

It is not a mandatory thing, whether they want to talk about it or not should always be their busy, if you’re doing so because you think it will cause the whole world to use Bitcoin, then stop it.

Well no more need to worry about him trying to convert anymore billionaires over to bitcoin, since he stepped down as Microstrategy's CEO a few weeks ago.
I think his company was suffering tremendous losses due to the price tumbling so far from it's high of $46,865 earlier in the year and hasn't recovered since then.
Even Cathie Wood began selling stock in Tesla and her holdings in this company's stock at some point earlier this summer.
