That was to be expected as PSV fought really hard for the qualification in Europa League and I think they deserved to have been qualified based on their performance but they were unlucky.Ajax was lucky to have a late minute penalty but PSV if didn’t play in Europa League they would have won yesterday game.

Despite getting eliminated from the Europa League, PSV still didn't lose their focus on this game and put up a good fight. Ajax were very lucky like you said that they managed to save at least one point. Ajax should be more comfortable from now on as they got rid of one of their hardest games with a favorable result.

After the last draw of Ajax against PSV they are in a very good position to win the championship. The fight for place 2 is now the interesting one. AZ did well last matches and could even become second.

At the bottom FC Emmen start winning so the gap between ADO Den Haag is getting smaller. At the end they wont make it I guess to place 16 but who knows.

Vitesse won against VVV with 2-0. Ajax won against Heerenveen with 0-3. So the final will be Vitesse - Ajax. It will be a interesting final. The final will be played at the 18th of April.

and title is close enough and as you said, depend only on them, so they will probably celebrate double this season

VVV didn't do that much in last matches. They were just defending the whole match just hoping for a counter.

Exactly and Feyenoord also are destroying Venlo now.    They already brought the score to 3-0 in the first half and it is halftime. After three games of bad streak, this win will boost their morale surely before the away game vs PSV next week.

Well finally they won with 6-0. That was a win Feyenoord needed after last weeks matches.

I'm also the same. In this season, AZ managed to beat Vitesse 3-1. But it is very unclear now what kind of a result we can get. Because Vitesse are the second best home team as they lost only once. But AZ also are the second best away team as they haven't got any loss yet. Because of these reasons, I expect a very competitive game. I'll probably bet on "both teams to score" because it seems very hard to predict the result.

This round was a setback for AZ in the fight for second place. It is now getting a bit tighter again for third place and everything is still possible for three teams.




Ajax and PSV have made their points confidently and Feyenoord with a amazing victory.

AZ got a huge defeat against Vitesse 2-1 and this caused them to get away three more points from PSV. Vitesse also reduced the point difference with AZ to 1 which is really important for them. After bringing the score to 2-0, Vitesse got a red card and AZ benefited from this situation by scoring a goal 2 minutes after it. But they couldn't score the equalizer. This loss could cost AZ the Champions League.

It looks like Ajax is very close to another championship this season. It used to be goal fest in Eredivisie, every game finish over 2.5 goals. I checked last week results and all games finished over 1.5 goals, 7 out of 9 games finished over 2.5 goals. I should start making bets more for Eredivisie.
Giakoumakis scored 23 goals in Venlo, they are close to relegation zone. His contract runs out soon, I wonder if any big teams have a plan for him?

What interesting the next game is VVV vs Sparta, both maybe will fight much to evading the degradation zone. Sparta will be the favorite on this game cause VVV had a bad performance. They always lose in the 5 last games.

without Giakoumakis it would be hard for VVV to get a win over Sparta, and he is questionable
following VVV till the end of the season, to see if he can score four goals one more time (3rd this season), and overcome Suarez, that have two times four goals scored as Giakoumakis at the moment
