Hitbtc Temporarily Disabled Witdrawal??

I wanted to withdraw My ethereum from exchange after email verification its started showing temporarily disabled and asked to fill form . What it is exactly i need fund for emergency i am using this exchange from past 4 years . Never experienced this but now i am really getting panic . Is somebody from hitbtc solve this issue .

What does the form is all about? I'm sad to say that there were issues with hitbtc that has been posted in the forum, just look to their announcement thread, you'll see people complaining about them.

Their reputation through the forum isn't good anymore and it's long overdue.

What's the information when it says disabled? It's a joke for us, the user, since ETH price is increasing right now, that's like they want us not selling our ETH when price reached ATH
