Welcome,

I would like to introduce a project I am currently working on. It is called Cryptoroo and the website can be found at https://www.cryptoroo.net. Cryptoroo is a platform where you can view the latest 5-minute price changes on trading pairs for most cryptocurrency exchanges.

Benefits & Features

  • At any given time the platform will show the latest 5-minute price changes on trading pairs
  • This will be beneficial for day/swing traders to catch cryptocurrency "pumps" at the start of the cycle
  • The price changes are consolidated and shown in a list view for easy viewing
  • Each trading pair will have a link directly to the exchange for easy access
  • Each pair has a chart for the last 2-hour price change
  • Filter option: Sort by gainers or losers for the 5-minute price change
  • Filter option: Filter by the most popular trading assets
  • Auto refresh on trading pair and watchlist views
  • NOTE: Fully responsive and usable in mobile browsers

Personalised Notifications

  • Browser notifications tested and working on desktop versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and mobile versions of Chrome Mobile
  • Requirement: Register your account using Facebook or Google
  • Requirement: You must be logged in to receive personalised notifications
  • Tip: Use your mobile browser to login. Depending on your phone notification settings, you could get an audio notification when it is sent via the browser
  • Leave Gain/Loss triggers on 0 to disable the notifications.
  • Caution: Be careful on setting the triggers too low. This could cause a major influx of notifications depending on the number of trading pairs on your watchlist

General Notifications

  • For general notifications (without signing up on our website), please head over to our Telegram channel https://t.me/cryptoroonet

Current Exchange Integration

  • Binance
  • Coinbase Pro
  • Huobi Global
  • Kraken
  • Bithumb
  • Bitstamp
  • KuCoin
  • Bittrex
  • Poloniex
  • Liquid
  • OKEX

Support

  • You are welcome to send me a personal message or email me at support@cryptoroo.net. This can be anything related to Cryptoroo including suggestions, bug reports, and/or feature requests

Features currently being worked on

  • Adding more exchanges
  • Dark mode option for the platform

Cryptoroo is a work-in-progress and all feedback will be appreciated.

It can be an interesting tool.
I have some suggestion for you, can you implement options where we can select whether we want the pairs to be listed by gain or by loss? I guess the current ranking by declining gainers, but it will be useful if we can switch list without having to look for the last page.
Also, the ability to separate some favourite pairs would be great. I never heard about some tokens on the top of the list.
Selecting only BTC or ETH or USDT pairs can be fine.

Thanks for the great suggestions!  Smiley
I added a sort option that applies to the 5-min price change, so now you will be able to apply the filter and sort by gainers or losers.
I also added a filter option for selected assets. Currently, I just listed the top20 from CMC.

A good tool but after a 5% (or 5 Min) rally it is difficult to catch the wave because it is likely that the price will rise sharply in the coming minutes. Unless there are any notices, the site will be useless.
It is best to set a scale for trading or demand and supply volumes, as it is good for predicting the behavior of the currency in the coming minutes.
It is also better to add more currencies, especially those that will be listed soon.

Cool website! If I were to suggest, I'd make it straightforward;

1. Make the crypto pairs in bold fonts as it is a title indicator for a certain row. A 500 font-weight is enough.
2. Adding crypto's logo is a cool feature as well, you can fetch it through different API if the API you use doesn't respond with a logo. Coingecko's API have so you might try it if you would add this feature.
3. Can you try making it having a live update? I've tried waiting for 5 mins to see if it will change but it didn't (or it is just my network connection?)
4. Move the cookie prompt at the bottom.
5. And lastly, how about dark mode? Some traders often tend to have their trading environment in a dark mode. Making this tool to have such feature would be a huge plus.

No, its not your connection fault, it doesn't change when I tried too.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will definitely look into adding the supply and demand volumes as well, as it's like you said it good for predicting the market movement. I am also working on setting up notifications, but more specifically personalised notifications.

Thank you for the suggestions. I will definitely look into these. The dark mode and the images will definitely make it visually more appealing.

That is one thing I am currently working on because at the moment you have to manually refresh the page and that is NOT ideal. I am also working on notifications, but more specifically personalised notifications which I should be able to implement in the next several days.

Not sure what's causing your website to not load [it did for a sec, but as soon as I tried using the filters, everything stopped working], and now I'm getting the following error:
- It didn't even load when I used VPN [regardless of the server locations].

Quote
Error 524
A Timeout Occurred

Update:
Thanks for letting me know. The server was a bit overloaded because I was doing some maintenance and then a reboot. The main issue is that it needs a bit of an upgrade lol. It seems better now after the reboot.
You're very welcome. I would like to confirm that the reported issue is fixed now but when using the search field for a certain pair, it no longer shows any result [like it used to]...

Can you please give me some more details? Are you using a filter? If so, what filters did you select and what is the pair you are searching for? You are welcome to email me at support@cryptoroo.net so we don't clog up the forum too much Smiley

Oh, your website is more than very slow. it takes almost a minute to load any page.
I don't think it's a server slow, but scripts that should be run when calling the domain. Your server has a solid time response on 1000 packages

Code:
Pinging cryptoroo.net [172.67.196.202] with 1000 bytes of data:
Reply from 172.67.196.202: bytes=1000 time=46ms TTL=55
Reply from 172.67.196.202: bytes=1000 time=44ms TTL=55

Sorry, I am currently busy installing patches and it then needs a reboot. I didn't think about that before I posted the update here Sad
It should be ok in the next 30-40min.

your site still running slow.

I apologize, as I am not experiencing the speed issues at the moment. I will however do some more testing from different locations tomorrow.

I want to do trading orders. Can the user add API and start executing orders using the site? Or implement trading strategies automatically using bots?

No, at the moment the site only provides the information and direct links to the exchanges for that specific trading pair (very basic at the moment). There is a lot of red tape with regards to executing orders etc, so that's something I will look at in the future. Implementing trading strategies is definitely something to look at in the near future.

Can you enable the option to register using a key or code instead of using Twitter and Facebook? You will enter a code like the private key and then you will be able to access your account.

Yes, that is a good idea. Thanks.

Do you sell ads?

Not currently, but I will start selling as soon as the site is worthy enough and starts generating enough traffic to warrant ads.
