First of all, this year lottery luck seems to be in favor of the woman and I am happy about that but this winning should not be contemplated as insane because the lottery winner which name seems to be withheld was the third person to win $1Billion through the lottery and she's not even the record holder of the highest lottery winner for $1.586 billion and $1.537 billion was won by some people on January 13, 2016 and October 23, 2018 respectively.

I congratulate her and I hope she remembers to pay tax which I think will be 24% -37% of the $1Billion to avoid future issues with the authority.

No way even if it's a huge amount, I will take the money but I will question the government and the organizations, it's going to be a big black eye for the lottery company if bettors find out that the government is taking 70% or even 60%, now people in that region knows that the government is going to rob them if they win a lottery.

You don't have to keep playing big if you win the jackpot. If it gives a person a certain pleasure, then you can limit yourself to reasonable amounts.
